Spending at Podere Il Doccio proved itself to be one of the best holiday options we've ever taken. First and foremost there are Marina and Francesco - the owners - and their family. Unbelievably generous, kind and loving people. Then there is the property - beautiful. isolated, tranquil, inspiring and inducing peace of mind.
The area is very beautiful but very very hot in August we had temps over 36 Deg C every day even over 40 Deg C .Lovely swimming pool .
The apartment was situated well for visiting Siena ,San Gimigiano and Florence, nearby village of Radda has lovely restaurants and several others in easy reach.
this is set in a lovely garden, pool is small but deep, a very relaxing spot, and easy to climb via steps up to the town. The narrow streets are a challenger for the driver (you need a small car!) It proved to be the ideal place for a short break, to take in the spectacular scenery and sunshine of Tuscany. The room/apartments equipment is basic but adequate for a few days.
Casa Simona is a beautiful peacful and well equipped villa. The owners can't do enough for you and upon request of extra fans, they arrived on the same day with two new ones for us. The only problem was that it isnt toddler friendly so if you have a small child be aware its all stone steps and the high drops from surrounding (unfilled fences) Siobhan UK
We had a perfect couple of weeks at Villa Baldelli. The room was lovely and well equipped, the facilities were first class but above all the service and care we received from the staff was truly fantastic. This allowed us to have a thoroughly relaxed and indulgent time.
We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as pictured. The only comment I would make is that because of so many stairs it is not a place for people with alot of luggage or someone who is not strong enough to climb stairs multiple times a day since each room basically is on a different level. We enjoyed the small town atmosphere and also the ease to travel to Florence or to visit the small towns in the region.
La residenza "bastione" si è rivelata un luogo affascinate e suggestivo ove tornare la sera dopo aver viaggiato durante il giorno per la magnifica Toscana. Splendido il contesto del castello, ottima l'organizzazione.

Palazzo Rosadi is a beautiful villa on an incredible property with an excellent pool, great views of the Tuscan countryside, flowers, and well-kept grounds. The owner takes personal care to ensure that everything is set up in the best way. We had 5 small children in our group, and we had cribs, bed rails, high chairs, and everything else needed to make it a great stay. We loved the location - close and convenient to Monterchi but very secluded. I would love to stay there again.
