Molino Santa Lucia est une jolie structure en pierre (200 mètres carrés) avec internet sans fils et piscine privée. La propriété peut accueillir comfortablement jusqu'à huit personnes dans quatre chambres à coucher avec trois salles de bain. La maison de vacances Molino Santa Lucia est située 7 km de San Gimignano, Italie, et à seulement 43 km de Sienne dans la région touristique de "San Gimignano Et Ses Environs". Cette magnifique maison, qui était autrefois un moulin à eau, se trouve dans sa propre petite vallée, au bout du chemin menant au ruisseau. Il n'y a pas d'autre maison en vue, pas de bruit du tout, il n'y a pas de télévision, elle se trouve (à environ 200 mètres) à l'extérieur du réseau pour les téléphones mobiles.
La route d'accès d'un kilomètre ne convient pas aux voitures à faible suspension ni aux conducteurs nerveux.
à l'arrivée vous serez reçus par le propriétaire, ou une personne de sa confiance, et vous trouverez une jolie propriété, propre et bien entretenue, avec vue sur les collines idéale pour des vacances calmes en Toscane. Peu importe comment vous passez vos journées... visites de musées, visites, shopping ou tout simplement en vous baladant à la campagne, quand vous arrivez à la maison, vous pouvez vous délasser à la piscine avec votre famille et vos amis et conclure au mieux un autre jour de vacances en Toscane. Il est particulièrement pratique de disposer d'une machine à laver sur place disponible pour vos exigences de buanderie. Dehors vous trouverez également une terrasse et un barbecue. Si vous aimez cuisiner pour la famille et les amis il y a une cuisine bien equipée y compris machine à café, four micro-onde, grille-pain et réfrigérateur, ainsi que, assez de vaisselle et couverts jusqu'à huit personnes. It's an authentic, really beautiful house in the most amazing setting. What makes it perfect are the small touches. Beautiful art, high quality furniture and the little touches added by the two housekeepers: from fresh flowers and little gifts through to really good communication. Thank you!! The drive down to the house is challenging though and I personally did not feel comfortable to navigate down there in the dark. But that's clearly spelt out in the rental agreement. We had the most amazing time and would whole-heartedly recommend both this Location and EasyReserve.

Sehr schönes Haus in unschlagbar ruhiger Lage. Die Ruhe wird auch nicht durch Anrufe gestört. Im Tal gibt es keinen Empfang. Das WLAN reicht für kleinere Nachrichten aus. Leider ist einiges schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist leider nicht komplett stilecht und stört daher den Gesamteindruck etwas. Der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut und absolut lobenswert. Die Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu San Gimignano, ist super. Es gab einige kleine Begrüßungsgeschenke und einen Startvorrat Mineralwasser - danke dafür. Die Natur in der Umgebung des Hauses ist toll. Von massenhaft Glühwürmchen über dem Bach bis zur europäischen Wildkatze haben wir einiges beobachten können.

Beautiful villa set in its own valley. We loved the gardens, terraces and pool. The interior of the house has large well proportioned rooms ( much larger than appear in photographs). Everything you could possibly need was supplied and we did a fair bit of cooking both inside and outside. The pool was a delight for everyone and was a great source of relief and fun in the hot afternoons. Very well maintained with excellent housekeeping and cleaning service.
Very close to San Gimignano, handy for last minute supplies but local weekly markets around the area were good for wide variety of food. There are also several large supermarkets in the neighbouring towns. Lots of interesting towns to visit and things to see. Siena and Pisa easy to visit in a day and we particularly enjoyed Lucca ( north east of Pisa)

We loved this villa! Out of the three villas we've stayed at over the years, this was our favorite. It is beautiful and just like the pictures. It is nestled in a little valley and right on a river. There is a gorgeous waterfall that you can walk to. The property around the villa is amazing with beautiful flowers and trees surrounding a gorgeous pool and two patios. Inside, the villa is nicely kept. It feels rustic, but has all the modern amenities you could want. The ladies who run and care for the villa are very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of issues, but they fixed them immediately. They made sure that we were taken good care of. It fit 5 adults and 3 children perfectly. If you stay, be sure to arrange for Monica to make you dinner. Delicious!!!!

We had an amazing week at the Molino Santa Lucia. The setting is so peaceful, and the house was fantastic for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). The children loved the pool, and so did we! We look forward to returning one day.

I had one of my best holidays in villa Molino Santa Lucia. The location, the house, and the nature were the perfect ingredients for a relaxing Tuscan holiday. The villa is very close to San Gimignano town where there is a nice supermarket and the best gelato in the world. Very easily you can drive to Florence, Pisa and Siena. Sometimes if we were too tired to cook we asked Lorena to cook for the 6 of us. She is a brilliant and friendly chef. Having Lorena the first night we got there was a nice little treat after the exhausting journey. The villa is big and there is a small grill for BBQ. We spent most of the time on the comfortable lounge chairs near the pool. There is also a ping-pong table and a small useful library with travelling books, so if you forget to buy a guide book don’t worry, there are many there. The only bad thing was the steep dirt road between the gate and the villa. Driving up sometimes was a challenge. The nature really impressed me. The flowers and the insects of the garden added bright colours to the green of the little wood that surrounds the house. Valeria A. -London, UK

A beautiful house both inside and out. The renovation has been done in exceptionally good taste. The large downstairs lounge areas is especially charming. The house is situated in very attractive, lush and quiet surroundings at the end of a 1 1/2 km drive on gravel road. It is also a very easy drive to Sam Gimignano, Volterra, Siena etc. All in all perfect! And it was a useful opportunity to learn to make superior espresso on the stove top coffee pot and use the ice cream machine to make gelato. Thanks a lot! Cass & Jesper (Sydney, Australia)

I loved this villa! Molino Santa Lucia is very private & rustic in a good way. It does not have a view but is quite lovely just the same. The long gravel road to get to it is challenging but it was worth it. Being so close to San Gimignano is a plus & we drove to surrounding towns every day as well as started our trip in Venice. I think the value on this villa is excellent & it will sleep 7 easily plus three children. We had two couples with tons of room. The cook we had for two nights, Lorena, is just lovely & the food was delicious. Her husband Paolo was wonderful, too. When we arrived late on saturday evening, she had the house open, lights on & an aromatic Tuscan meal with wines prepared for us. What a way to end a long day of driving & start a vacation in the Tuscan countryside. They were so great to work with & it was nice to have a local couple to contact in case of any need. The villa has everything you would need except a coffee maker! That needs to be remedied! We made some sort of instant coffee every morning! Not the good Italian coffee we planned on! The only negative I can think of is this villa does not have a bathroom downstairs! Other than that, really a fun time for us. Annie L., Charlotte, NC
