Descriptif
Le Coste unit of 80 m2 on first floor is ideal for a chic and romantic vacation. The interiors are charming and cosy, with a unique view over the vineyards and the swimming-pool; woods are surrounding olive groves.
You enter Le Coste through a staicase, reaching a porch where you can dine outside or rest during the hottest season.
Large hall with modern style fire-place, dividing the lounge area (TV, CD player) from the dining room, which can seat up to 8 guests.
Small but perfectly equipped kitchen area: glass ring-stove, fridge, dish-washer. electric oven and also little vacuum-cleaner for dining-tables.
The sleeping area is well divided from the rest of the house by a nice decorated glass door; large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath-tub and shower; 2 sinks and toliet.
Double bedroom tastefully furnished.
The stone facade along the swimming pool enrich the spacious garden enjoyable from the patio.
On the 1st floor there is a sitting room with a modern fireplace and a kitchen connected with the dining room

Beautifully situated Tuscan getaway. Spacious apartment with lavish touches like a Jacuzzi and fireplace. The kitchen needs some more accessories but that's a minor detail. Wonderful.

The property was great! We had everything we needed . The apartment was very spacious and the grounds and pool excellently maintained. The location was perfect- a stones throw from montalchino. We will definitely be back.

Das Anwesen machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, der Empfang war perfekt organisiert und die Wohnung war eigentlich noch schöner, als die Bilder es vorher vermittelt haben. Das perfekte Rückzugsgebiet für eine entspannte Zeit in traumhafter Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Dennoch ein Tipp für den Vermieter: die Ausstattung an Geschirr etwas aufstocken, diese fanden wir doch etwas minimalistisch...
