Mi experiencia, tanto con ustedes como con la propiedad, ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento me atendieron con gran rapidez y eficiencia, y nuestra experiencia en Babbo Giuseppe ha sido magnífica, tanto con el estado de la propiedad, que es estupenda, como con la atención que nos prestaron los dueños, una familia encantadora a la que nunca olvidaremos.

From the first time I was treated with great speed and efficiency, and our experience has been wonderful both with the house Babbo Giuseppe, which is great, and with the attentive owners, a lovely family which we will never forget.
We found Villa L'Albero after many hours of searching we sites online and were immediately impressed with the customer service we received from EastReserve.
We always hold our breathe a little on arriving at a rental , never knowing if the property lives up to the promises.
In every way our expectations were surpassed! This is an absolute dream to find.
First the location, 360 degree views of beautiful Tuscan hillside, absolutely spectacular location!! A beautiful pool area, little hidden outside shower down a bamboo pathway, hammock under the trees.....the list goes on!
This is a very high spec property, from the white table linen and white china to the neutral elegant decor , to the top of the range appliances.
The property was immaculate in every aspect. the owner an absolute delight, nothing too much trouble!!
Somewhere we will be returning too! Not to be missed!
This is a very special vacation destination. La Chiesina has been lovingly restored and transformed into an updated and fully functional villa. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and fully equipped. Beds are comfortable and made up with high quality linens. The setting is exactly what you would want from a Tuscan vacation house - rolling Tuscan hills with vineyards and fields of sunflowers surrounding the grounds. The view (especially from the pool) is breathtaking. Private and quiet (except for occasional traffic from the adjoining road) and perfected located. Take a walk down the road and you'll see stunning views of San Gimignano (only a 15-minute drive away). Maria, the owner, was lovely. She cooked us a memorable Tuscan meal one night and helped us book some local activities including horseback riding. We are a family of four (two children ages 9 and 12) and had a truly wonderful experience at La Chiesina.
This was our first visit to Tuscany but if all the villas are as good as this one we will be coming back! The owners were great, really friendly and welcoming, they also came and cooked for us one evening (not for free!) The villa has an outstanding view from the beautiful pool, it must be for at least 10 km across the valley. Everything in the villa was to a high standard and of traditional style, which we enjoyed. Thoroughly recommended!
We stayed at Agriturismo S.Agata for one week. We had Walter app, wich was nice, but with his minuses also. We had dinner night with all the tourists and family, they cooked pizza for us. We even could watch how the pizza was made. What we didn't like at all was that we payed for final cleaning but it wasn't clean from the biggining. There was a lot of dust and spider webs. The language is also a problem. There is only one girl who speaks english but we couldn't find her everytime we needed so we had to make it on our own.
They have a pool but we couldn't enjoy it because of the bees and other flying insects.
The villa it's placed on the top of a hill, with an unmade road, so the access it's not the easiest.
Otherwise, the landscape it's beautiful and the price it's fair enough.
Very nice appartement; nice view; nice pool; the village Deiva Marina is not really nice but you need to drive anyhow - and the beaches of Moneglia, Farmatura Statione, Levanto, .... are all not so far away. We'd always would recommend to go there again!
Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick, angenehmer Poolbereich mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, auch von hier ein toller Landschaftsblick. In der Wohnung selbst ist der Küchenbereich dürftig ausgestattet. Vielleicht üblich, wir haben keine anderen Erfahrungswerte, es fehlte eine gewisse Grundausstattung, z. B.: Salz, Pfeffer, Abfalltüten, Spültabs. Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, haben wir komplett gespült. Spülbürste und Schwamm waren unsauber. Wohn- und Schlafbereich waren sauber, Bettwäsche in Ordnung, ein weiterer Handtuchsatz wünschenswert.

In the apartment the kitchen is poorly equipped. Perhaps usual - we have no other experience - it lacked a certain basic equipment, such as: salt, pepper, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs. The dishes were not clean, we have completely rinsed them. Brush and sponge were unclean. Living and sleeping area were clean, fine linen, and another set of towels desirable.
