Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, un grand merci à Paolo et sa famille, pour leur accueil familial et toutes leurs délicates attentions tout au long de la semaine. L'appartement était parfait et nous avons adoré y séjourner.
Les appartements sont spacieux, tout y est prévu, c'est confortable et très bien entretenu, les paysages sont apaisants et les extérieurs bien pensés.
Un très bel endroit au calme pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille!

The apartments are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and very well maintained. The landscape is soothing. The exteriors are good organized.
A very nice quiet place for a holiday with friends or family!

The Villa was wonderful. The privacy of the individual suites/apartments with the added benefits of the common dining/entertainment and kitchen areas was wonderful. Perfect for a family reunion. Access to the highways, as well the local region with the lake and townships was amazing. We enjoyed all aspects of the week. From Rome to Siena, to Florence and Perugia the logistics of getting to all the regions was easy. One area of improvement would be the pool lounge chairs. (3) of them were broken when we arrived, we tried to make them work, however it was not possible. So, we were short at times with the (20) people that we had. Not a big problem, just something to watch. Thank you for a wonderful visit..

We had a very pleasant stay at Podere il Doccio. When we arrived we first wondered if we were at the right place. But going downhill brought us exactly where we wanted to be. The accommodation was everything we wished for. Basic, but clean. Quiet, but close to the village. One of the highlights was definitely the cooking lesson. A great diner with a great family. There were 9 kids in our company, from age 1 till age 16, they had a great vacation. What we really appreciated was the hospitality of the family Gren; they helped us out with every question we had, had the best tips for dinner, great pasta and the best ice cream at a unique location and were always very friendly.

There are no words to describe how wonderful our two week vacation at Palazzo Rosadi was during the month of August 2013. Our party consisted of three adults and four young children (2 - 9 years old). We arrived with high expectations, which were greatly exceeded. The villa and the surrounding property are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The views are breathtaking and never seize to amaze you from the moment you open the shutters in the morning to the time you enjoy a meal and glass of wine al fresco in the evening. The interior is spacious, comfortable and cool, even without air-conditioning in the middle of August. The garden is beautifully maintained and an absolute delight. The pool is perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing or to spend a lazy day “at home”.
The villa is located in the tiny Località Ripoli, approximately a 5 min drive from the quaint town of Monterchi. Restaurants and grocery stores are easily accessible in Monterchi by car. Beautiful medieval towns such as Anghiara and Citerna are about 20 min drives and worth every minute. Arezzo is less than 30 min by car, Cortona less than 45 min, Siena and Florence about one hour. The location, right on the border of Umbria is the perfect place to experience Eastern Tuscany at its fullest.
While this scenario would provide a fabulous vacation in and of itself, the personal attention and hospitality provided by the Rosadi family make the experience unforgettable. Rosado, who manages the property, speaks impeccable English and is the perfect host and guide. His parents, who lovingly help to take care of their property, are the most wonderful people you’ll ever meet. The family takes care of the property discretely and allows their guests as much privacy as they desire. They are always available when needed and extremely helpful with any needs that may arise.
If this review seems exaggerated, I can assure you it is not. It is not possible to use too many superlatives to describe our experience at Palazzo Rosadi. If you are looking for an unforgettable Tuscan vacation, you will not be disappointed.

Schöne, saubere und großzügige Wohnung. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer mit extra Bad und WC. Allerdings sollte mal darüber nachgedacht werden, an alle Fenster Fliegengitter zu montieren. Ruhige Lage in einem weitläufigen Weinberg. Cira 500 Meter vom Pool entfernt, allerdings bergauf. Zufahrt könnte verbessert werden.

Quiet location in a sprawling vineyard. Apporx. 500 meters away from the pool, but uphill. Access could be improved.

Lovely apartment with outstanding views from the terrace. Ceilings are low in places but a bumped head or two quickly taught us where to duck! Apartment nicely furnished, kitchen only real area where there could be improvement, but it was adequate for our needs. Pool area lovely. The location is convenient, Lucca is about 15-20 minutes by car with Pisa and Florence easily accessible too. There is a good supermarket about 1.5 miles away, close enough to walk to first thing in the morning before it gets too hot but uphill all the way back. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this place to family and friends. Only real downside is paying an additional €100 final cleaning bill, it seemed rather excessive.
