We had a hot water to sink problem, not surprising as we were first in for 2014.

Mit kleinen Mängeln für Deutsche Gäste. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, keinen Wasserkocher, keine Heizquelle von April-Oktober, (wir hatten Ende April 10 Grad), keinen Backofen, Toaster nur auf Nachfrage. Bis San Gimignano ca. 3km, im Ort ist es immer knapp an Parkplätzen. Am Besten Früh in die Stadt. fahren. Achtung an alle Hundebesitzer, es gibt wahnsinnig viele Zecken!

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Prachtige ligging, alles goed verzorgd en schoon. Voor alles behulpzaam.

Very well maintained for an authentic villa. Owners were very helpful. A few upgrades on furniture, kitchen utensils, TV set etc. would be in order. Would definitely reccommend it.

Nice appartements situated in a nice Italian village. Completely renovated but still it has the nice old looks.
