Noemi was a good home base for exploring this part of Tuscany and we had a lovely stay. The villa is simple but has everything you need, very good value for money.

Für uns (2 Erw., 2 Teens) war es eine perfekte Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung im Haus enthielt alles was wir benötigten und ließ für uns keinen Wunsch offen. Alles war in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Der Pool war gut und die Bäume spendenden Schatten luden sehr zum Verweilen auf den Liegen ein. Das Gästehaus steht neben dem Haupthaus in dem die Großmutter sowie 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern wohnen. Für uns war das passend und der abendliche Schnack, während die Kinder im großzügigen Garten unterwegs waren, war eine willkommene Abwechslung. Wir wurden liebevoll und zuvorkommend von der Gastfamilie empfangen und verabschiedet.
Da wir die Fahrräder dabei hatten, war die Entfernung von wenigen 100m zum Zentrum kein Problem für uns. Preis/Leistung hat für uns gestimmt und entsprechend können wir die Unterkunft gerne empfehlen.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

For us (2 adults, 2 teens) it was a perfect place to stay. The equipment in the house contained everything we needed and left nothing to be desired. Everything was in a good and clean condition. The pool was good and the trees giving shade invited to linger on the beach chairs. The guest house is next to the main house, where the grandmother and 2 families with 2 children live. It was suitable for us and the evening chatter, while the children were playing in the spacious garden was a welcome change. We were received lovingly and courteous by the host family.
Since we had the bikes, the distance of a few 100 metres to the centre was not a problem for us. Price/performance was right for us and accordingly we can recommend the property.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Très bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Le site du château est très beau avec son jardin et sa grande piscine. Le restaurant est très bien aussi. Par contre, au niveau de la villa, la propreté n'était pas au rendez vous... équipement de cuisine désuet et usé. Aurait grandement besoin d'être changé. Il aurait été apprécier de fournir un minimum comme par exemple un peu de savon pour la vaisselle et des sacs à ordure (2 sacs pour 2 semaines...) quand on sait que l'on doit payer 95euros pour le ménage final, on s'attend à un minimum de propreté... décevant sur ce point.

Great location for visiting the surroundings. The site of the castle is very beautiful with its garden and large swimming pool. The restaurant is very good too. On the other hand, at the level of the villa, the cleanliness was not at its best ... kitchen equipment obsolete and worn. It would greatly need to be changed. It would have been appreciated to provide a basic equipment such as a little soap for the dishes and garbage bags (2 bags for 2 weeks ...) when we know that we have to pay 95euros for the final cleaning, we would expect a perfect cleanliness ... disappointing on this point.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Sehr schönes Naturstein-Haus mit eigenem Garten, Pool, Grill und Aussichtsterasse. Der (sehr zurückhaltende) Vermieter wohnt im Nachbarhaus und kann tolle Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen geben. Drei schön kühle Schlafzimmer.

Excellent location, the staff at the nearby Hotel Brunellschi were absolutely wonderful.

We have just spent 7 wonderful days at the Villa as an extended family group and we had a fantastic stay. The house, gardens and pool are absolutely beautiful, even nicer than the photos show. The house was very spacious and clean with all the necessities provided. The house sits in beautiful picturesque countryside surrounded by an olive grove. It is well located for day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, San Gimignano and many more. There are also great restaurants and wineries nearby. Claudia and Leonardo are very friendly and welcoming hosts who are always willing to help if you need them. While we were at the Villa, we celebrated a birthday for our daughter and Claudia and Leonardo recommended and organised a chef to come and cook a long lunch for us to enjoy at the long table in the garden outside. We would recommend staying at this Villa 100% and hope to return here again one day.

Lovely Villa! We had an amazing time! Perfect for a large group and kids! We were in 6 adults and 3 children. The swimming pool is outstanding! The views are spectacular. We did day trips and would come back around 4pm to enjoys the pool and sunset. The road going up to the Villa is a bit steep, but you can get used to it, and relax! It is very spacious, great service (if you would like dinner cooked for you), and great location! Definitely recommended!
