We had a wonderful stay at Tribolina! The owners are absolutely lovely, the house is gorgeous and the land around it is breathtaking... We will definitively book this house again!

Unser Urlaub im Agriturismo La Pieve war einfach perfekt. Das Anwesen ist herrlich ruhig gelegen, inmitten eines Olivenhains.
Wir haben die Suite del Duca mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 14 Tage bewohnt. Das geräumige Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche ist zwar bestens ausgestattet, wir haben sie aber nicht genutzt, sondern uns jeden Morgen auf unserer Terrasse mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück - inklusive selbst gebackenem Brot und Kuchen - verwöhnen lassen. Auf Wunsch wurde auch abends für uns gekocht und auf unserer Terrasse serviert. Regionale Spezialitäten, kreativ und modern. Einfach köstlich. Die hilfsbereiten Eigentümer und ihr sehr nettes Team sorgen auf angenehm zurückhaltende Weise, dass die Gäste sich rundherum wohlfühlen und entspannen können. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Our holiday at Agriturismo La Pieve was just perfect. The property is in a quiet location, surrounded by an olive grove.
We have inhabited the Suite del Duca with 2 adults and 2 children for 14 days. The spacious apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, but we did not use it, as every morning we let us pampered on our terrace with an excellent breakfast - including homemade bread and cake. On request we had also cooked for us in the evening and served on our terrace. Regional specialities, creative and modern. Simply delicious. zeer mooi verblijf gehad.
wij hadden woning corbozzolo. er waren 4 aparte airco's (keuken, woonkamer en 2 slaapkamers) en die werkten prima. ook vaatwasser, grote frigo, grote diepvries, kookplaat, koffiezet, waterkoker en zelfs een degelijke wasmachine, strijkplank en strijkijzer in het huisje. Enkel een microgolf ontbreekt. zwembadzone zeer mooi, alles zoals op de foto's. ieder huisje heeft een apart terras. je kan er barbecueen, er staan 2 gemeenschappelijke barbecues waar alles bijstaat aanmaakblokjes, houtskool, alles is voorzien. en smorgens is alles telkens opgeruimd door de uitbaters. er is een klein speeltuintje (nieuw) met glijbaan en schommel, een tafelvoetbalspel en pingpong. je kan er ook ontbijt krijgen voor 7€ per man. het is enerzijds beperkt ontbijt maar je hebt alles, kaas, hesp, roerei, cornflakes, fruitsap, koffie, thee, 1 zelfgebakken croissant en 2 zelf afgebakken pistoleetjes. degelijk zacht brood vinden in toscane zoals we kennen in belgie is gigantisch moeilijk, alle brood is er keihard gebakken. winkels : coop in montespertoli vonden we minder goed, maar op 10 minuutjes zit er een hele mooie in montelupo, en een gigantische grote coop met winkelcentrum in empoli op 20 minuutjes. wifi is overal aanwezig, maar aan de achterkant van de huisjes is het zeer moeilijk verbinding te krijgen. in de woonkamer en zwembadzone is het geen probleem. niet de snelste wifi,maar het gaat.
domein is volledig omheind, en de zwembadzone nog eens apart omheind. lakens worden wekelijks ververst en handdoeken om de 3 dagen. alleen witte handdoeken voor badkamer gebruik. er staan 6 mountenbikes ter beschikking en parking was er ruim voldoende. Ons hondje (malthezer) was het enige aanwezige hondje en mocht overal vrij rondlopen.

we stayed in the Corbozzolo unit. there were 4 separate air-conditioners (kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms) and they worked fine. also dishwasher, large fridge, large freezer, stove, coffee maker, kettle and even a proper washing machine, ironing board and iron in the unit. Only a microwave is missing. pool area very nice, everything as in the photos. each cottage has a separate terrace. you can barbecue there, there are 2 communal barbecues with firelighters, charcoal, everything is provided. and every morning everything has been cleaned up by the owners. there is a small playground (new) with slide and swing, table football and table tennis. you can also get breakfast for 7 € per person. it is limited breakfast but you have everything, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, cornflakes, fruit juice, coffee, tea, 1 homemade croissant and 2 self-baked roles. to find decent soft bread in tuscany as we know in belgium is enormously difficult, all bread is baked very hard. shops: coop in Montespertoli we found not so good, but in 10 minutes there is a very nice one in Montelupo, and a gigantic big Coop with shopping in Empoli at 20 minutes. wifi is everywhere, but at the back of the houses it is very difficult to get a connection. it is no problem in the living room and swimming pool area. not the fastest wifi, but it works.
The property is completely fenced, and the swimming pool area is separately fenced. sheets are changed weekly and towels every 3 days. only white towels for bathroom use. there are 6 mountenbikes available and parking was more than sufficient. 100 % Toskana - Das von rustikalem Charme angehauchte, traditionelle, toskanische Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb der wunderschönen Bergstadt Cortona und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Trasimenischen See. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Pool, einen zur Mitnutzung freigegebenen Gemüsegarten, geräumige Schlafzimmer und eine große Wohnküche. Ein besonderer Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthaltes war der gemeinsame Abend mit unserer Gastfamilie, bei der traditionelle toskanische Gerichte und in der Region angebauter Wein angeboten wurden. Die Herzlichkeit der Vermieter ist unvergleichlich und sucht Ihresgleichen. Danke für eine fantastische Zeit!

There is a swimming pool, shared vegetable garden, spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen. A special highlight of our stay was the evening together with our host family, where traditional Tuscan dishes and wine grown in the region were offered. Mooi (enigszins gedateerd maar comfortabel) ingericht huis, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, wekelijkse schoonmaak en vervanging bed en linnengoed. Prachtige omgeving.

Everything was excellent, down to every single detail, this is by far our best renting experience. Nothing was missing. The owners most have handpicked the staff: The Gardener and the Cleaning lady was amazing. Looking forward to our next stay!

Very nice property where we had a wonderful time, taking advantage of the outdoor kitchen and of the swimming pool. Only caveat is the proximity of a high-speed railway line, which fortunately, we quickly didn't notice any more.
