My extended family and I really enjoyed our stay in Poggio Falcone. The owners were more than friendly and very helpful. We would definitely love to return.
Villa Ginestra is a beautiful property with a wonderful view over the Tuscan hills. The owner Marco and his family were on hand to help our stay go smoothly and we had a very enjoyable and relaxing week here.
Très bien. Lieu très calme et très bien situé. (un seul inconvénient : un peu loin de Cortona) piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Excellent accueil du propriétaire

The hospitality of Laura and Alberto was overwhelming.
They are generous, kind and full of great tips and advises.
The villa is in a great location, surrounded by nature, the swimming pool is very clean, Laura and Alberto takes care of the cleaning every day.
The villa is well equipped with everything a family needs. It’s decorated with a lot of taste and give a homely atmosphere.
We will definitely re visit Podere Capraia ( :
Wir suchten die Einsamkeit und Ruhe, einfach ungezwungen in Familie sein und wir haben es gefunden. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das große Grundstück mit dem herrlichen Pool und der traumhafte Blick über das Tal um Ciggiano, schöner kann es nicht sein.
Die Besitzer kümmern sich jeden Morgen um das Grundstück und die Sauberkeit des Pools ganz unbemerkt und versorgten uns liebevoll mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau.
Die Buchung des Objektes und die weitere Betreuung waren unkompliziert.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
Für alle, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit bevorzugen (so wie wir) ist dieses Ferienhaus ein Traum.
Über den Tag verteilt begegnet man allenfalls ein paar Wildschweinen oder hört die Kühe des Besitzers- Zivilisationslärm ist nicht zu hören.
Das Haus und die Aussenanlagen sind einfach, sauber und ordentlich, es hat an nichts Wesentlichem gefehlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, die Besitzer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gibt es hauseigenen Wein, in der Woche konnten wir Tomaten und Gurken aus dem Gemüsegarten geniessen.
Eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche! Nur die Anfahrt über unbefestigte recht enge Wege war ein wenig schwierig.
