Sistemazione semplice ma accogliente in una zona incantevole e immersa nella campagna. La piscina è un valore aggiunto che permette di trascorrere bei pomeriggi alternativi alle visite alle moltissime località di interesse storico culturale, raggiungibili con pochi Km di strada.
Titolare sempre molto gentile e disponibile.
The place is very pacefull. There is a panoramic view from the pool and from the windows of the apartment. Just the street to reach the apartment need to be repair a little bit. Anyway, the location is perfect to have a good rest from the work peeiod.
Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Het huis is gelegen op een heuvel met een prachtig uitzicht. Het huis was erg ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Ook het privé zwembad was erg mooi. De eigenaren wonen in het bovenste gedeelte, maar daar totaal geen last van gehad. Het zijn aardige mensen en we hebben ze bijna niet gezien, behalve als we een vraag hadden of toen er schoon linnengoed gebracht moest worden. De ligging in Toscane is uitstekend geschikt om diverse bezienswaardigheden te bekijken.
Casavecchia is amazing. If you want to be away from it all then this really is the place to visit. There were 18 of us and we used all three apartments. There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of places to get away from the noise. The pool is great (but the pesky wasps and flys were constantly biting us) and a perfect size for the number of people we had. The owners met us and were super friendly, dropped a basket of homegrown vegetables to us and then a basket of home made biscuits. They also own a winery and for 6 euro a pop you cannot go wrong. Had the best nights sleep ever with the shutters drawn as it is so dark. A great place to wake up and have coffee overlooking the valley. Could not have asked for more and lawny the trusty robotic lawnmower kept the grass trimmed perfectly. A huge thank you to the owners for allowing us to use this perfect property. A must visit for lunch to Gella Biscardi - the perfect Tuscan experience.
Excellent séjour dans une région magnifique.
Le gîte est très bien équipé et bien situé à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture de la plage publique la plus proche (tout au bout des plages privées sur via Europa à Viarreggio).
Pétit bémol: il manque peut être une climatisation dans les chambres afin de dormir les fenêtres fermées et d'éviter les nuisances sonores de l'environnement voisin (voiture, moto, Klaxon).
Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et très accueillant.
Je recommande vivement cette location si vous souhaitez découvrir la région.
We absolutely loved this villa. The location and views are second to none. The owners were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Their own local wine is delicious.
The only downside were the pesky horseflies and mosquitos, but not much the owner could do, apart from setting some traps maybe?
Wir waren mit der FeWo sehr zufrieden, sauber, alles gut in Schuss. Auch der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings liegt die FeWo in einem kleinen Dorf, somit ist es hier sehr ruhig und beschaulich, aber wer das so will wie wir ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
Une semaine au mois d'Aout qui restera un merveilleux souvenir. Excellent séjour et des rencontres formidables ! C'est une région magnifique, Un grand merci,
