Sehr schönes Haus, viel Platz für 6 Personen. Der Pool war sehr sauber, da der Gärtner jeden Tag gekommen ist und kontrolliert hat. 2 Mal in der Woche war sogar eine Putzfrau da. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice house, lots of space for 6 people. The pool was very clean as the gardener came and checked every day. There was even a cleaning lady twice a week. The landlady is very nice and accommodating.
Nice villa, some issues when we arrived—> No hot water, one of the toilets was leaking, and one toilet would not flush. The hot water issue and the leaking toilet was fixed within three hours of arriving. They never fixed the toilet that would not flush the entire week of our stay. When checking out we were charged 60 Euros per day for heat, but our contract stated 50 Euros per day. The Villa owner honored the 50 E per day.
This place is amazing. Family of 12 went and was wonderful. The whole place is brilliant. One villa with 5 rooms and a separate 2 bedroom villa. Views are breathless. Location is good and easy access to pretty much everywhere. We went to Florence, Siena and numerous medieval villages all easily within an hours drive. We will be back. We went last week of May and unfortunately weather wasn’t great and rained but didn’t put us off site seeing. The place is so good that if it were sunny all the time we wouldn’t have wanted to leave the amazing swimming pool. The owners have a real gem here and the wine they make on the vineyard is very good.
A beautiful traditional house set amongst vine and olive groves. The house was well appointed and the owners were very helpful.
However the house was very cold during our stay.
Das Haus ist schön, schade nur das es kein gemütliches Wohnzimmer für klate Abende gibt. Es wäre schön wenn auf die zweite Küche verzichtet würde und dafür ein Wohnzimmer eingerichtet würde. Leider sind die Betten viel zu hart.
Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und es lässt sich dort gut entspannen. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch debora vor Ort ist immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is nice, just a pity that there is no cozy living room for evenings. It would be nice if the second kitchen would be omitted in order to set up a living room. Unfortunately, the beds are too hard.
The garden is lovingly designed and one can relax well there. The pool is very nice. The landlord is very nice and Debora on site is always reachable and very helpful.
The comments below sum up our experience. In brief a lovely tranquil spot, ideal for rest and relaxation but near enough to major tourist spots to enjoy exploring. The owner, Paolo, is really welcoming, friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lucia. Martina and her family were very welcoming. The location is very convenient for day trips throughout the heart of Tuscany. Supermarket is close by. I would recommend taking advantage of the meal cooked and served by Martina and her family. This meal was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is very clean and has every convenience you need for an enjoyable stay. We were sorry that the pool wasn't open yet, but with all the rain, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy it anyway.
I stayed at Strada Romita with my wife on our honeymoon. The stay was absolutely perfect. The people were friendly and helpful, the area was quiet and beautiful, the room was incredibly charming, the value was great, and everything in the stay went off without a hitch. I would definitely stay there again if I travel to Tuscany in the future.

Wir waren sehr angetan. Die Lage des Apartments ist traumhaft. Der Blick und die Innenausstattung ist exakt wie auf den Fotos! Die Kommunikation mit Chiara lief problemlos und sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen, aber er war sehr sauber. Die Anfahrt ist ein wenig abenteuerlich. Eine Buchung ist absolut zu empfehlen!

The communication with Chiara ran smoothly and she always answered very fast. Unfortunately we could not use the pool because of the bad weather, but it was very clean. The access road is a bit adventurous. A booking is absolutely recommended!
