Descriptif de la Propriété

La propriété est idéalement située 590 m de Valle Santa, Italie, dans la région touristique "Cinque Terre" et à seulement 48 km de La Spezia. La location de vacances La Regolina est une jolie propriété (160 mètres carrés) qui offre internet sans fils. La propriété peut loger comfortablement jusqu'à 11 personnes dans six chambres à coucher avec six salles de bain. Si vous souhaitez visiter la magnifique côte italienne, la propriété est juste à une courte distance de la mer (2 km). Dans les villes voisines il y a des magasins locaux où vous pouvez trouver des produits frais et d'autres articles. Si vous ne trouvez pas ce dont vous avez besoin sur place, il y a un centre commercial situé à 20 km de la propriété où vous pouvez acheter vos denrées alimentaires et tout le nécessaire.

Une particularité de cette maison est la grande terrasse ensoleillée, meublée pour prendre ses repas en plein air, avec une vue splendide sur le Golfe de Levanto.
La plage de sable de Levanto est à seulement 1 km. A la plage il y a la possibilité de louer des cabines de plage ainsi que des bateaux.
Une fois arrivés à La Regolina vous trouverez une jolie propriété, propre et bien entretenue, avec vue sur mer et les collines parfaite pour des vacances relaxantes en Ligurie. Peu importe comment vous passez vos journées... shopping, visites de musées, visites ou tout simplement en vous baladant à la campagne, quand vous arrivez à la maison, vous pouvez vous délasser avec votre famille et vos amis et conclure au mieux un autre jour de vacances en Ligurie. Pour votre plaisir, sur le terrain il y a un barbecue et un patio. Si vous aimez cuisiner pour la famille et les amis il y a une cuisine bien equipée y compris machine à café, grille-pain, cuisinière et réfrigérateur, ainsi que, assez de vaisselle et couverts jusqu'à 11 personnes. We had a great time at Le Lagore. Such a great place tucked in the hills above Levanto, It was absolutely perfect for us!
I also wanted to thank you for connecting us with the cook Lorella. Her cooking was easily one of the highlights of our stay. I don’t think it is possible for us to say enough good things about her. She was lovely to deal with and her menus were perfect. Our Italian friends visiting from Ivrea agreed, and our meal with them was probably the best part of our Italy experience. There are dishes that Lorella served that will be remembered long after we’ve forgotten our own names. Not exaggerating.
So thank you once again for everything!

This villa was perfect for our family holiday - the house was spacious and well laid out, so we each had a lot of privacy if we felt like it, and the common areas were wonderful for enjoying a glass of wine and dinner in the evenings. We really loved the garden, the views were spectacular, and the CD collection really set the mood! The walk up from the village is super tough - enough to excuse a gelato every day. Our only complaint was that we seemed to share the house with a family of rats (who got stuck into the food we left on the kitchen counter our first night there). Virginia and Carlo were very helpful in sorting out this and any other issue we had. We had a wonderful stay thank you.

Dieses Objekt gehört mal renoviert: Alles noch unverändert wie vor ca. 9 Jahren. Die Bezüge im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa und Sessel, auf den Stühlen lassen wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Was uns als Weintrinker stört, ist, daß es kaum genügend Gläser gibt, und die vorhandenen sind trüb. Alles kleine Investitionen, die aber einen gewaltigen Unterschied machen.

Aber sonst wirklich ruhig und schön.

Le Lagore is a beautiful villa located above Levanto on the Italian Riviera. It has gorgeous views from the terrace and the windows on the sea view side of the house. We greatly enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen was very well equipped, and it was much appreciated that dish and laundry soap were provided along with toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms. The house was decorated in a cozy comfortable way. Our group consisted of 4 adults traveling with 4 children ages 3-6 and we loved the spacious living room and terrace.
There are six bedrooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms. There is one bathtub and the rest of the bathrooms have a European styled hand shower on the wall of the bathroom- not a shower stall- such that when one showers, the water goes all over the toilet and bidet. This is not to say that this is a problem. The water drains adequately and is actually a good use of space because there would not have been room to install proper shower stalls in these bathrooms. I am mentioning this because my fellow Americans are less likely to expect/be familiar with this type of shower.
The description of the house listed it as 1 km from the beach. This is perhaps true if one were to take the extremely steep stairs, otherwise it would be a 15/20 minute steep winding walk on the road or a short drive with parking immediately above the beach.
The house feels very remote and there were lizards in the living room in the evening making funny sounds. There were lots of ants inside and out of the house. The grounds were not manicured and I had long grass/weeds scratching my legs when I would hang the laundry on the line to dry. The washing machine did not function properly. With every load, we had to continually readjust the clothes in the washing machine throughout the cycle.
However, the pleasures of cooking in that great house with rosemary picked outside the kitchen door, the joys of drinks made with freshly crushed mint plucked from behind the hammock, and enjoying this food and drink on the terrace with the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea stretching across the horizon made up for ants and other minor inconveniences. If you can welcome nature into your life, you will enjoy your stay at Le Lagore and will leave wishing, as we did, that you could stay on for at least a little while longer.
