We had a wonderful time. This spacious property has everything you need. Plenty of space, stunning views, extremely welcoming pool surrounded by a colourful Tuscan garden. San Vivaldo is a pretty hamlet with a great traditional well priced restaurant. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence and our favourite, San Gimignano. The hosts were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended
We really enjoyed our stay at Podere Vignali. The owner was VERY helpful in any way (hints for sight visits, restaurants and more) during our visit and was available via messenger network. The area is only reachable with a car, that's maybe the only minus. On the other hand it is very quiet and you can have a great time at that wonderful site. Everything was clean and nicely equiped. Although the climate in summer can be very hot, you can have relaxed nights because of the clever structure of the bedrooms. During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. We loved the big kitchen and the big tables that come along in- and outside the kitchen area. Perfect for a bigger group!
We had a wonderful holiday. The house, which breathed history with its large garden and pool provided a great backdrop on hot days. And the surrounding area provides a variety of opportunities for super excursions :)
Alloggio dotato praticamente di tutto e molto pulito. Piscina tenuta perfettamente. La presenza del garage é risultata molto utile. La casa è un ottimo punto di partenza per varie mete.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Accommodation equipped with practically everything and very clean. Pool kept perfectly. The presence of the garage was very useful. The house is an excellent starting point for various destinations.
The house offers a great outside area, a phenomenal pool and a nice seating area outside. It has good parking, is easy to reach and Anna (who handles the keys) was lovely.
The inside of the house was fine. However, you could tell its age and some equipment around the kitchen was not functional (or simply not there). Some of the bathrooms were really in bad condition, not necessarily dirty but just so worn out that cleaning would not make then look nice again. We were there with 10 adults and the space was sufficient, however the kitchen was at its capacity, would not recommend to be there with more guests.
Lovely house, garden and pool. Kitchen has everything you might need. AirCo only upstairs but ventilators downstairs do the job. Paola is the kindest host ever.
Excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très disponibles. La maison est agréable. Très propre. La climatisation est douce et silencieuse. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Les 2 chambres avec grand lit sont confortables même si les lits sont un peu courts (140x190 et 160x190). La 3 e chambre est un peu étroite avec des lits 80 de large. Convient à des enfants. Très utile les serviettes de piscine et très agréable la piscine. Peut être un 2e parasol ou une toile serait bienvenu.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Excellent stay. The owners are lovely and very helpful. The house is nice. Very clean. The air conditioning is soft and quiet. The kitchen is functional. The 2 bedrooms with double beds are comfortable even if the beds are a little short (140x190 and 160x190). The 3rd bedroom is a little narrow with 80 wide beds. Suitable for children. The pool towels are very useful and the pool is very nice. Maybe a 2nd parasol or canvas would be welcome.
This was a great location! We appreciated having the parking. It was an easy walk to everywhere! Lots of space. Just a 10 minute walk to the main square/church.
