Villa Fabbroni was a perfect place to relax and make our home base to see the Chianti region with a friends and family. Sergio and Stephano where the perfect hosts, making each day special with the care and attention they gave to recommending places of interest, day trips, transport, and of course serving the delicious Tuscan food they know so well.
Fantastic villa in a great location, quite central to most places in Tuscany and very close to Sienna.
Owners on site and immediately make you feel very welcome.
Helpful local information was provided which ensured we saw all the sites of Tuscany as well as knew the easiest place to pick up a few groceries.
Villa was very clean and tidy and includes all the things anyone would need for their stay.

An excellent property for the money. It is perfect for anyone seeking something other than a luxury "tourist" villa. It is in the middle of a very small town (where everybody says hello to you) Access by car is easy (unless one has a very large car in which case one can get no nearer than 150 metres). The views are magnificent, plenty of quiet walking, a few metres from the local bar/restaurant (menu in English available), very near free hot sulphur pools/river for bathing. The accommodation is part of the outer ring of town properties (three stories high) so there is, by its nature, some very very limited noise from neighbours - we were not bothered by this despite normally being supersensitive to noise.
You will not be disappointed with this villa rental. All bathrooms have been 100 percent renovated. 4 of the 7 bedrooms have true king size beds. Home and antique furnishings are even nicer than pictures show. The 2 owners live near by and are a lovely couple and most helpful with anything you may need. They were a life saver for one in our party recovering lost luggage from the airline. If you are looking for a villa in the Tuscany area this property and it's gorgeous views should be your selection.
My wife and I along with our two daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return without a second thought. Our apatment with two bedrooms, two baths and kitchen fit our needs prfectly. An ideal place from which to explore the country side. Dinners were varied and of high quality. Our waitperson, Olga, was extremely friendly and conscientious. The chef provide us with a special treat on our last night. We enjoyed sharing dinning with local residents as well. All staff members were professional and extremely helpful.
We enjoyed the quiet place with plenty of room for the two of us. The layout is perfect, only the kitchen is minimal equipped (cuttingknife missing). We will be back one day!
Our stay at Casa di Vignolo was the stuff of dreams! The villa itself was perfect - spacious but cozy, a kitchen with lots of character but with all the modern amenities, and a front porch perfect for reading or relaxing. And the village? Quaint, beautiful, authentic are words that barely do it justice. The shops have most of what you need to make your vacation perfect, coffee, flowers, wine, groceries, baked goods, and the shop owners and our neighbors were all so friendly and accommodating.
And the location... we were easily able to make day trips to Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, and Volterra (not to be missed), among others. Our only regret is that we only had a week's vacation and so not enough time to spend just hanging out for the day at "our home". Special thanks to the staff at Easy Reserve and our hosts, Marina and Franceso, who helped make this trip so special. We'll be back!
Guesthouse Boccaccio was a perfect location from which to experience Tuscany. Everything about Guesthouse Boccaccio was more than we could have hoped for.
We made new friends, ate wonderful food and fell in love with the beauty of the Tuscan countryside and the charming city of Certaldo.

Lavacchio has a beautiful setting, very quiet and peaceful. Out of the way but easily accessible to many locations. It is a large house and comfortable for a group. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
It happened for the first time that the residence was even prettier in reality than in photo gallery.The house (originally from 14th century) is well renewed and from the first minute we step into the house, we already felt at home.Not to mention the garden, breathtaking.It is appropriate for families with children, very safe and comfortable.The owner,mrs. Paula is very kind,helpful and a very good cook.After a long day of travelling in Tuscany it was very welcome that Paula made us dinner.Very tasty.(of course this is extra cost but it's worthed).Dina,Ljubljana,Slovenia
