Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement. Superbe vue de notre terrasse privée. Accueil très amical. Propreté impeccable. Très belle piscine !

The house is comfortable enough. Two terraces are wonderful places. The most impressive are views all around.

Everything was perfect. The house is spacious and clean and offers all comforts. Maria and Laura were so lovely to us. They provided us fresh tomatoes, zucchini, onions nearly every day. We did daily trips to Arezzo, Assisi, Siena, Florenz and Montepulciano. All spots are located in short or middle short distance. We really like to come back and can recommend the accommodation for a family who likes a quiet vacation in a simply beautiful landscape.

une fois la peripetie passée du chemin 4/4 et du pneu crevé nous avons adoré notre sejour à la villa fabronni. Pergola etait spacieux propre ( mention speciale pour le linge de lit) et chaque salle de bains et wc fort confortables. un petit bémol pour cette region de gastronomie un manque de vaisselle et d 'ustensiles pour cuisine

Ok, but not perfect (cleanliness so, so; 1km of gravel road). Owners very friendly. Good starting point to explore Florence and surroundings (Siena, San Giminiano, etc.)

I highly recommend this place for a relaxed vacation next to a small and nice tuscany city. The view is really great and everything was like it should be.

A really nice secure & modern property that is in a nice quiet location with views. The apartment is comfortable with plenty of space and has all that one would need for a holiday week or 2. Shops are located conveniently a short drive away. Improved road directions to advise on the better of the 2 access routes might be helpful as one of these is an uncomfortably steep and very narrow country road - no fault of the property but this would be helpful for those arriving for the first time. The property has a very helpful and pleasant manager. I would recommend this property to anybody.

nice place, nice owner - although air conditioning only ran from 10:00 pm until 5:30 am. Poor lighting in kitchen. Hard bed. Very clean.
