Die Lage ist sehr ländlich, ein Auto ist ein Muss. Die Unterkünfte liegen schattig inmitten eines Waldes, unsere war gut ausgestattet. Der große Pool (ca. 18-20 m lang) ist ein Traum! Sehr herzliche Inhaberfamilie und freundlicher Verwalter. Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Aufenthalt!

The accommodations are situated in a shady position in the middle of a forest, our was well equipped. The large pool (about 18-20 m long) is a dream! Very cordial owner family and friendly caretaker. A quiet and relaxing stay!
We stayed at Podere Il Doccio for 9 nights at the end of the summer holidays. I do not normally bother with reviews but this really was a great holiday thanks to the lovely apartment and the incredibly friendly, open, helpful and kind sister/brother team of Irene and Eduardo. The apartment was ideal for our family (two adults & two young children). A large terrace to eat out on (and chill out on once the children were in bed) and a style inside that was completely to our taste. Irene & Eduardo were always incredibly helpful without forcing anything upon us. I am usually sceptical of things like "cooking experiences" but our evening cooking italian dishes with them was like an evening with mates and they even managed to keep the children entertained. I could write an essay on the things that were great but it was the little things - like the warm welcome when we arrived and being able to pick fresh fruit (plums; grapes; pomegrantes) from the garden whenever we wanted - that made our stay so special. The pool, although shared, was easily big enough for all of the guests and the huge grounds gave plenty of space to run around and explore. We really could not recommend Podere Il Doccio highly enough. If you want to experience Tuscany in a relaxed, natural environment this is the place for you.
The villa is beautiful and spacious, really well equipped kitchens. There is also lots of other things you might need during your stay, torches etc. Location has breathtaking views of Tuscan hills and is very quiet. The staff who checked us in and out, are really kind and helpful. We had an excellent family stay there.
Wir sind zum 1. Mal hier, um Urlaub zu machen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und sind begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und nett und haben uns freundlich begrüßt. Wer die Ruhe und sehr gute Luft liebt ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht hier ist phänomenal und einige Fotos wert.
Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratzen in den Doppelbetten sind etwas hart. Alles was man täglich braucht z. B. zum Kochen ist vorhanden.
In Arezzo gibt\'s einen riesigen Supermarkt und in Monte San Savino einen etwas kleineren. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Toben und Schwimmen und wird täglich gereinigt. Auf Wunsch kann man bei der netten Vermieterin auch mit 2-tägigem
Vorlauf Mittag- und Abendessen bestellen. Das haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, bekamen aber einen ofenwarmen selbstgebackenen Kuchen, der sehr lecker schmeckte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.
The Villa was amazing. Quiet and serene, even though near the Fortezza. A true Tuscan experience with ample room for the 6 adults, all with separate bedrooms and connecting bathrooms. Have stayed in multiple villas throughout Italy. This is definitely one of our favorites and we will gladly return again.
Das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert und verfügt über alles, was einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglicht. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil sehr großzügig und die Bäder sehr gepflegt. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr großzügig und der Ausblick sensationell - Sonnenuntergänge können in vollen Zügen genossen werden.
Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden und ideal für alle Ruhrsuchenden, die das Haus genießen möchten. Insgesamt ist das Objekt sehr, sehr empfehlenswert.

The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms very well maintained. The outdoor areas are very spacious and the view is sensational - sunsets can be enjoyed to the fullest.
The location is very secluded and ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to enjoy the house. Overall, the object is very, highly recommended.
Die Unterkunft in Pitigliano hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen.
Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Das Ein- und Aus-Checken war unproblematisch.
Der große Pool war phantastisch. Sehr ruhige Lage.

The check-in and check-out was easy. The large pool was fantastic. Very quiet location.
A really unique place with a truly medieval atmosphere. Watch the steep stairs! Very small bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, but a dishwasher would be useful. The real distance to the pool is 200 m. The water is very clean, but there are only two sunbeds. There is no toilet at the pool and the shower is not working. One of the terraces is not available. Very nice hospitable neighbours. Very good coffe served at the nearby Bar Rosi. If you're looking for a quiet place but not far from the tourist attractions like Piza or the seaside it is a very good choice.
