Das Haus iegt wunderschön etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft.Es hat einen wunderschönen Pool von ca 10 auf 5 Meter.
Das Haus ist zweckäßig eingerichtet.Was wirklich fehlt ist eine Klimaalage.
Für 4 Personen ideal. Man ist dort wirklich für sich und kann wunderbar entspannen.

This little house had everything we needed. The village is just what my husband and I were looking for - quaint, quiet, friendly, and close to many larger towns for day trips. However, the best part of this rental was the unexpected awesomeness of Irene and Edoardo - the owners and hosts. The two of them made our experience unforgettable, personable, and unique. They were always on the ready for advice or suggestions, and even were available to be tour guides. They became more like friends than tour guides! We will definitely go back and stay at one of Irene and Edoardo’s places!
We were a group of 7 for a family vacation. The castle was beautiful. Staff available for any help, though we had complete privacy during our stay. Amazing views, beautiful decor and even a delicious onsite restaurant.
Excellent location to visit Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra and Florence plus local vineyards. Apartment is adequate, but before booking it was impossible to figure out which apartment has direct access to pool and private outdoor space. I have asked Easy reserve customer service, but they didn’t have that info and we ended up in Casa Edera that lacks both. That was little dissapointing. We still though had a short walk access to pool and beautiful gardens with panoramic views towards San Giminiano. Very friendly owners, but unfortunately I don’t speak much Italian, so communication was limited.
Castel San Giminiano is a lovely, quiet village, has a grocery store and nice restaurant, bit on a pricey side though. Giovanna offered cooking, but we did not try it.
I would recommend this place to my friends.
We very much liked the appartment. It was nicely furnished. Good to know: We used the kitchen quite intensively - All equipment is there and works perfectly. We liked Chiara's quick responses and actions to all our questions. The surroundings were breathtaking: the pool, the garden,... we loved the peace and quietness. Do try Sentierelsa as a day trip/hike: really beautiful! Thank you for having us, Chiara. We do hope to come back one day.
This truly is an 'Off Grid" experience and a great location for those wanting some time to truly chillout as well as experience some fantastic scenery as well as great walking trails. The view from the whole property is truly amazing and the pool allows for some a great break from the Summer heat. There are two good restaurants a short drive away and the town of Cortona is a 25 minute drive away. The train station is about a 30 minute drive with trains to Florence for day trips which take 1 hour and 15 minute. Many other towns are similar drives away.
The house and swimming pool were fantastic, we (5 families) had a great fortnight in a marvellous region. The house owners were very reachable and friendly, assisted and informed us correctly and promptly when needed.
The only negative point at the house is that several dogs of the neighbourhood come into the domain of the villa to beg for food and rest in the outside chairs. This issue was alerted to the owners, they will take care of it.
