Very friendly hosts, lovely house and especially the pool area is fantastic. the soccer area is near the pool. view on the castle on the hill which is lighted at evening. Also the pool and garden house has nice lights in the evening
Abbiamo passato una settimana a Villa Fragola. La casa è bella e ha uno spazio esterno stupendo, adatto sia ai ragazzi che alle famiglie. La zona è una delle più belle della Toscana quindi troverete sicuramente cose da fare. Inoltre, Massimo, il proprietario e la figlia sono super disponibili e simpatici, e ti aiuteranno in tutti i modi possibili. Ci hanno portato frutta, pasta e tanto altro. Grazie mille e speriamo di tornare!
Overall a very nice villa with a lovely pool. The co located farm made a great addition for the children to meet the animals. The fresh vegetables straight from the field were very tasty.
Alloggio perfetto, bel arredato, posizione perfetta; proprietaria molto gentile, disponibile... possiamo solo consigliare. Una scelta ottima! GRAZIE.

Ottima posizione con splendida vista mare e temperature notturne ideali per dormire anche senza aria condizionata.
Area circostante molto silenziosa (fatto salvo il cane del vicino "cafone" che a tratti, in sua assenza, era veramente insopportabile).
C'è un altra casa vacanza al piano inferiore ma se siete fortunati e trovate persone per bene (come è capitato a noi) tale presenza non arrecherà alcun disagio.
Molto bella, ampia e luminosa la sala. Bella la camera matrimoniale. Un po' piccola la camera dei bambini. Ideale per famiglie (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi). Alcune parti della casa mostrano inequivocabili il segno del tempo, ma questo non ne pregiudicano la fruizione. In altri casi riscontrati ci sarebbe solo bisogno di un po' più di manutenzione. La doccia intera è molto piccola e scomoda per gli adulti. Cè anche una doccia esterna che però offre poca privacy. Dotazione della cucina migliorabile e la stanza risulta purtroppo molto calda; cucinare nelle giornate della nostra permanenza (luglio) è stato possibile solo al mattino presto.
Parcheggio privato molto comodo e protetto dal sole. Per salire alla casa occorre fare qualche rampa di scale a piedi nel giardino esterno. Quest'ultimo è purtroppo abbastanza arido e poco fruibile. Non lo abbiamo infatti mai utilizzato, prefendo di gran lunga l'uso della terrrazza. In generale siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della sistemazione.

Very quiet surrounding area (except for the dog of the neighbor who at times, in his absence, was really unbearable).
There is another vacation home on the lower floor but if you are lucky and you find decent people (as we have) such presence will not cause any inconvenience.
The room is very beautiful, large and bright. The master bedroom is beautiful. The children's room is a bit small. Ideal for families (2 adults and 2 children). Some parts of the house unequivocally show the sign of time, but this does not affect its use. In other cases found it would just need a little more maintenance. The whole shower is very small and uncomfortable for adults. There is also an outdoor shower which offers little privacy. Kitchen equipment can be improved and the room is unfortunately very hot; cooking in the days of our stay (July) was only possible in the early morning.
Very convenient private parking protected from the sun. To go up to the house you need to walk a few flights of stairs in the outdoor garden. The latter is unfortunately quite dry and not very usable. In fact, we have never used it, preferring by far the use of the terrace. We were generally very happy with the accommodation.
Un posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi panorami mozzafiato. Base ideale per visitare la Val d'Orcia e al ritorno dalle gite una fantastica e rigenerante piscina. Jacqueline e Luc sono due persone gentili e discrete ed è stato piacevole il tempo trascorso con loro. La casa e la pulizia sono perfette, con tutto quello che serve, incluso un WI-FI che funziona alla perfezione. Che dire di più, alla prossima occasione......

Ideal base for visiting the Val d'Orcia and, upon returning from trips, a fantastic and regenerating swimming pool. Jacqueline and Luc are two kind and discreet people and the time spent with them was pleasant. The house and cleanliness are perfect, with everything you need, including a WI-FI that works perfectly. What more can I say, see you next time ......

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect and super clean. Owners are available and nothing but nice. We will def. be coming back.
