This place is perfect. Just like living in a Italian villa. The host was very nice. It was clean. The views are unbelievable I would strongly recommend.
Traumhafte Lage, absolute Ruhe welche kaum mehr zu finden ist. Ideal für Paare die Ruhe suchen, besonders die Terrasse mit der Aussicht war wunderschön. Laura ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin gewesen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig Problemlos, schön das es sowas noch gibt.

très beau panorama et extérieur très agréable.
Il manquait un espace pour se retrouver à l'intérieur à 7 personnes (1 seul canapé était un peu juste).
Calme et soigneusement agencé.
Indiquer plus clairement dans le voucher et le contrat que le chargement d'une voiture électrique n'est pas compatible avec l'installation électrique de la maison !
We were very pleased with the villa, and enjoyed the extra space the two bedrooms and two baths afforded us. The location couldn't be better, close to everything.
Excellent for long stay, we were here for nearly 7 weeks in April/May. Casa Chiara has everything needed including plenty of seating inside and outside. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is great for either a cold or warm night. We didn't use the wood burning fire but imagine it would be very efficient. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and pots etc. The appliances are good quality. So good to have a washing machine available for a long stay. The patio is ideal for taking in the gorgeous views across the valley to San Gimignano, Volterra and Monteriggioni. Although there is a garage it is only suitable for a small car, otherwise the space in front of it on the property is good for a larger vehicle. The manager Yussem is a very kind, warm lady who answers any questions promptly and the house is very clean and well looked after. The photos are accurate with additional paintings. I highly recommend this property and the whole rental process was easy.
Die Unterkunft liegt angenehm ruhig und etwas versteckt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig. Es passiert nicht häufig, dass man in einer Ferienwohnung echte Kunst an den Wänden hat.
Für die Sommermonate ist sie sicherlich sehr angenehm, da die Wohnung in die Erde gebaut ist.
Im April sind die Nächte teilweise noch sehr frisch und es braucht nachts zusätzlich eine Heizung. Diese war zwar vorhanden, aber wir haben nicht herausgefunden, wie man diese zum Laufen bringt. Eine Anleitung dafür wäre sehr hilfreich. Die Besitzer stellten eine Heizdecke für das Bett zur Verfügung, was hilfreich war, aber letztlich die Feuchtigkeit nicht aus der Wohnung brachte, die die Kühle nachts vor allem ausmachte.
Die Matratze ist etwas durchgelegen und ein Ersatz könnte nicht schaden.
naturnahe und sehr ruhige Lage auf umzäuntem Grundstück mit viel Schatten, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung/Fahrrad, kurze Distanz zum Dorf mit Restaurants, Läden, Spielplatz usw., sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Vermieter, durch (Gas-) Heizung auch in der Übergangszeit attraktiv, 10 min nach Cecina mit Supermärkten, Marina etc.; im Hinterland sehr ruhig, wenig Straßen, reizvolle Orte wie Querceto, Lasassa usw.
Leider stand der offene Kamin nicht zur Verfügung; hierzu müsste wg. Dunstabzug ein Schalter und am besten gleich eine Kassette eingebaut werden.
View absolutely stunning The photographs don't do it justice - breathtaking. Accommodation was comfortable and great for a family with grown up children. The host was always there when we needed him. As access to the house is via a steep driveway we would not recommend for somebody who is infirm.
