Sehr unpersönlich eingerichtet. Sehr hellhörig, wenn Nachbarwohnung belegt. Lage sehr abseits. Es gibt zum gleichen Preis sicher interessantere Objekte in der Gegend.
House was a good size. Lots of space and very clean.
It was quite hard to find although the instructions given were very thorough. Only negative was that the pool had no heating so was freezing and too cold to use. We had two kids with us so this was a bit of a disappointment. Would also have been helpful if the person doing the check in could have spoken a bit of English as it was difficult to understand the instructions and ask questions. Good house though and we enjoyed our stay.

Maison agréable et situation très intéressante pour sillonner le Sud Toscane.
Accueil très chaleureux et propriétaire à l'écoute.
Électroménager ; un peu juste (cafetière, grille pain), nécessiterait une remise à niveau quantitative et qualitative,
manque de couvert (nombre très limité : 6 cuillères et 6 couteaux pour 6 personnes !!)
Ligne de chemin de fer à proximité créant quelques nuisances d'autant plus que l'isolation (phonique et thermique) des fenêtres des chambres apparait insuffisante.
Cela est très dommage car la qualité de l'habitation, de son environnement (piscine et autres) sont indéniables.
Wir waren im September dort. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und die Villa Buche ist wunderschön gelegen. Wir sind sehr nett aufgenommen worden, alle Hunde haben sich sehr gut vertragen, der Wein und das Olivenöl ist sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war alles sehr schön - einziges Manko war der Sandweg der vom Regen sehr ausgewaschen ist und mit einem Auto unangenehm zu fahren ist. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug
We have visited this beautiful place in September ‘22, the area is lovely, house beautifully arranged in a Tuscan style, swimming poll is very clean and comfortable.
The property is big and calm, you feel like there’s nobody else in the world, but at the same time it’s a five minute walk to a nearby shop.
Nearby you will find also a very nice village - Poppi with a beautiful castel and nice cafeterias/ restaurants.
30 min drive there is a beautiful winery Castel de Nipozzano where you can have a tour around and degustation.
I do truly recommend this place if you really want to rest.

La Quiete ist ein herrliches Anwesen. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen, 1 Kleinkind und 3 Hunden zu Gast, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der riesige Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, der schöne Pool wurde jeden Morgen von Milena gereinigt, die Zimmer sind groß, die Küche gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber.
Wir haben von hier aus viele schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Florenz, San Gimignano, Pisa, Montepulciano, alles mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
Wir können La Quiete sehr empfehlen!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] La Quiete is a wonderful property. We stayed with 10 adults, 1 toddler and 3 dogs and felt very comfortable. The huge garden is completely fenced, the beautiful pool was cleaned every morning by Milena, the rooms are large, the kitchen well equipped, everything was very clean.
We made many beautiful excursions from here. Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa, Montepulciano, all easily accessible by car.
We can highly recommend La Quiete!
If you're looking for the Tuscan villa of a lifetime experience, you need to book Villa Santa Maria. The inside of the villa is everything you could imagine a villa in Tuscany to be. Beams, stone work, high ceilings, multiple fireplaces and well appointed bathrooms. The grounds and the setting are beyond spectacular. Well maintained olive groves, hillsides of rosemary bushes, gorgeous side garden, an immaculate pool, and a patio overlooking the Tuscan countryside with Lake Trasimeno in the distance. The sunsets from the patio are beyond words. The owner and the caretaker could not be nicer or more accommodating. You are a 10 minute walk to enter the walls of Cortona and no more than an hour and fifteen minutes to get to any of the Tuscan cities or hill towns you'd want to visit. My only regret is that I didn't book it for a month. It was a spectacular experience.
Tutto secondo le aspettative, posizione fantastica, appartamento ben tenuto e pulito. Molto bella e pulitissima la piscina. La Signora Sara gentilissima e molto disponibile.
L'unica pecca wi-fi piuttosto ballerino.
Per tutto il resto nulla da eccepire.
Torneremo sicuramente.
