The villa was wonderful. Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen. It was located with easy access to the train station and close to several small towns with wonderful restaurants. But the best part of the villa were the owners. Rita and her family were so gracious and so helpful. You could never find a better place to stay in Italy.

Zeer mooi uitzicht op San Gimignano. Compleet huisje voor een mooie prijs in de Toscane.
Minpuntje is de geluidsoverlast van de eigenaren. Vermoedelijk ligt de huiskamer van de eigenaren aan de slaapkamer. Je kunt letterlijk iedere avond de televisie van de eigenaren horen en ook als er visite is dan kan het behoorlijk veel geluidsoverlast geven.

Minus is the noise of the owners. Presumably the owners' living room is next to the bedroom. You can literally hear the owners' television every evening and also if they have visits it can give some noise.

We had a wonderful time, the unit we rented was beautiful and very functional. Owners were very friendly and responsive. The road/path from Borcelli leading to Torremozza is intimidating but it looks worst than it is. We would recommend Torremozza without any hesitation, although it's probably more suited to couples than family with young children

We had a wonderful time at Villa Renaio, and would highly recommmend it to anyone looking for a spacious, authentic accommodation with a wonderful owner and breathtaking views of the countryside.

I stayed here with my family of 5 and another family of 4. Everyone loved it. The villa is incredibly spacious. The views are beautiful. Maria is wonderful and charming. She cooked massive delicious dinners for us each night, and each meal was better than the next. Her pici aglioni was incredible, her Mushroom risotto even better, and her fried bread has my kids begging to return. It was too chilly for us to use the pool, but it looked incredibly inviting. The view of San Gimignano in the distance is like a postcard. Truly a magical place that felt like our home in paradise.

We had a wonderful time, and I give Villa Renaio my highest recommendation.
