Holiday Home in Viareggio for 6 People.
The house is located near the "Cittadella del carnevale", which is recheable by foot, where during the summer nights italian and international artists perform and where also the famous Viareggio's Carnival Wagons are built.
Next to the house, 200 Meters, is a Supermarket and the Sea is 1800 Meters far.
This nice wooden house is located inside the owner's property where they also have their house but they do not disturb and are at your disposal during your stay.
The garden is in common and a small part in front of the house is for exclusive use for the guests.
Next to the house is a gazebo with table and chairs, other tables and chairs are in front of the house.
Two parking spaces are available on the property.
There is also a small piece of closed garden where the clients dogs can stay during their absence.
