Set amongst the gorgeous hills of Valdicastello, at the heart of Versilia, Pietrasanta (Tuscany), Villa Regnalla is a beautiful cottage, an ancient oil-mill from XVI century, whose waterwheel has never stopped spinning since then.

At guests' disposal:
Recently renovated to accommodate guests in 4 luxurious suites provided with all modern comforts, the Villa includes: a beautiful park of over 12'000 sqm, a tennis court with red synthetic grass pavement,a lovely 15x7m swimming pool and deckchairs provided with soft towels for your sun-bathing as well as gazebos to relax.
The huge garden includes also a gorgeous pond.

A comfortable sitting-room with fireplace and dining table available to any guests inside the Villa.
Daily breakfast is included in the price and will be served directly inside your room or in the breakfast area.
We provide to our guests: free wifii, bicycles, everyday cleaning, bicycles, soft towels for the swimming pool.
We can provide also Tennis accessories to play in our private tennis court.

For the other meals guests can use the big and fully furnished common kitchen or simply order meals to be prepare by our chef (extra).
Many good restaurants are located nearby expecially in the historical and artistic town centre of Pietrasanta (2 minutes by car or 5 minutes by bike from the Villa).
Each Suite is composed by a private bedroom, a private livingroom and a private bathroom.

Extra services:
We organize transfers to and from the Airport of Pisa, Florence, Rome and Milan.
We also organize transfers to the beach of Marina di Pietrasanta and to the town nearby such as Pietrasanta historical town centre (2 min), Forte dei Marmi (10 min), Viareggio (15 min).
Additionally, we can organize tour to all the city and location of Tuscany and Italy.
Upon request we can also organize cooking classes and wine tasting inside our Villa for small groups of people.

The gorgeous historical and artistic town of Pietrasanta is just located 5 minutes by bike from the Villa and the gold beach of Marina di Pietrasanta, Versilia just 10 minutes by bike.
Cinque Terre ferry departs everyday from the pier of Forte dei Marmi town, which is located just 15 minutes by bike from our Villa.
Transfer from the airport of Pisa (20 min by car), Florence(50 min by car), Milan and Rome.
We organize tours for all the cities and location of Tuscany and Italy.

Pietrasanta town and historical centre (2 min), Forte dei Marmi town and shops (10 min), Marina di Pietrasanta golden beach and bathing establishments (5 min), Cinque Terre (50 minutes by train or 30 min by ferries departing everyday from the pier of Forte dei Marmi), Viareggio Yachts and Carnival town (15 min), Lucca (25 min), Pisa (25 min), Florence (50 min), the stunning Apuane Alps bushwalking with amazing landscapes and trucks are located just 15-30 min away from the Villa.

The Airport of Pisa 20 minutes by car. Florence 45 minutes by car. Marble querries of Carrara 15 minutes by car. Cinque Terre 30 minutes by ferry or 1 hour by the Cinque Terre train.
