The Poggio alle Fonti was an ancient country house with wooden beams and fireplaces. There are no historical douments that speak about the country house, but it can be told of the 19th century for the structure and the style, whan the location was called “Le Fontacce” thanks to the natural springs of the zone. During the centuries the cuntry hous has been owned by family of the zone.
The "Poggio alle Fonti" has two buildings: the Villa and the Dependance.
At guests' disposal:
The swimming pool ( 7mt x 14mt ) open from the 01st May to the 15th of October is immersed in the green park of th4e villa. In the zone around the pool there are deckchairs, umbrellas and tables.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The country house Poggio alle Fonti is immersed in a green park where it is possible to spend time in relax under the big patio of the villa or in the nearby of the swimming pool. In the park there is also a zone with babies games.

The villa is far from the train station in Montevarchi only 5 km.
In the area of Poggio alle fonti there is a big supermarket and in the town of Levane, far only 3 km, it is possible to find post office, bank, doctor, pharmacy, shops and supermarkets.

The property Poggio alle Fonti has two buildings: the Villa and the Dependance.
The Villa (250 sqm):
On the ground floor: a studio with a double sofa bed; a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with wardrobe; a big living room with sofas, a fireplace, a flat screen sat TV; a dining room with a big table and chairs and a kitchen with fridge, oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine and all the kitchen tools.
From the living room an access to a furnished external patio with a big table, chairs.
On the first floor of the Villa there are: a big living room with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a flat screen sat TV and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom plus a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a chest of drawers, a walk-in closet a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi hydro massage bathtub for two persons.
The other building of Poggio alle Fonti is the Dependance (70 sqm) with 2 apartments.
The appartment on the ground floor: a kitchen with an oven and a fridge, a fireplace, a flat screen sat Tv, a table, 4 chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed, a double bedroom with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower.
The appartment on the first floor with indipendent entrance has one equipped kitchen with a fridge, gas hobs, an oven, a table and 4 chairs, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
