The Villa has been built in 1925 and enlarged in 1999, during which was performed a careful restauration of the native part. A new global restauration has been done during 2010.

The building is dividend into 2 portions: one for the exclusive use of the guests and one occupied by the owner and his wife who guarantee maximum privacy and offer concierge service to guests.

At guests' disposal:
The private pool size of 6x12 meters has a depth from 1.2 to 1.6 meters and has Roman steps, the particular arrangement at the center of the garden ensures maximum sunshine.
Large whirlpool tub Jacuzzi (SPA) (up to 6 seats).
Sauna (up to 7 seats).
Internet WI-FI.
The Villa is accessed through two automatic gates and it is surrounded by an ample garden of 5.000 square meters, entirely fenced.
On the wide green space is possible to play soccer - even land with a helicopter!
The parking has numerous parking spaces.
Adjacent to the fenced garden you can access to a 6000 square meters ground planted with typical tuscany forest trees.
It can be used like car parking for weddings and events.
The garden, the pool, the whirlpool, the play area with a tennis table, darts and table football, gym equipment, 6 mountain bikes, 2 barbecues and a small playground for children are for exclusive use of the guests.

Villa Portoverde is located just 1 km from Foiano della Chiana, an ancient center of Etruscan origin in the province of Arezzo, where guests can find shops and services of all kinds.
Villa Portoverde Villa is just 4 km away from the Chiana Valley of the Autostrada del Sole (A1) and the Siena-Perugia, is therefore the ideal place to spend the most beautiful areas of Tuscany and Umbria.

Descriptif des Intérieurs

Villa Portoverde 250 sqm on three floors.

Ground floor:
Through the main entrance leads to the living-room composed of great and original fireplace with seats on either side, room furnished with valuable new or antique table and chairs for 12 seats, sitting area with 4 large sofas, TV with satellite, VHS VCR, DVD player, radio and a porch with wicker chairs.
Near the side entrance there is a large kitchen with table and chairs, a dishwasher, oven-plate, microwave, freezer, refrigerator and ice dispenser and cold water, TV with VHS. 1 bathroom with shower.
Outside, near the kitchen there is a beautiful wooden gazebo with iron tables antique marble and wrought iron chairs with 12 seats.

First floor:
The sleeping area is accessed via stone staircases where there are 2 double bedrooms: the master bedroom has a safe, TV, covered terrace equipped with table and chairs, wooden chairs, 1 double bed + 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed furnished with valid antiques.
The second double bedroom has a TV and Art Deco style furniture.
1 bathroom with Bisazza mosaic, with Tub (includes either handheld or wall mount shower) and original double sink made out of a single piece of Carrara marble.
On this floor you also find a safe.
Also available on request (free of charge) 3 beds for children up to 10 years, a cot and a high chair.

Second floor:
The attic area is accessed via an ancient brick stairs, where there are 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds convertible into double and 1 bedroom with double bed + 2 single beds.
The bathroom with mosaic tiling with shower.
If the renters are up to 5-3-2 they can take advantage of the discount indicated in the price-list; these 2 bedrooms and bathrooms will be closed in that case.


Dependance with entrance from outside:with washing machine and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The Villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms.
