Belle maison de campagne née de la restructuration d’une ancienne grange située en position tranquille et panoramique parmi les collines du Chianti. La restructuration a été faite avec goût et l’ameublement et très confortable. A l’extérieur, un beau jardin soigné avec piscine privée en position dominante. Belle terrasse couverte et équipée idéale pour les repas, cuisine extérieure.
De la propriété on jouit d’une vue magnifique avec à l’horizon les tours de San Gimigano distante environ 20km.
La position géographique de la propriété permet de visiter facilement Florence, Certaldo, San Gimignano et les caractéristiques petits bourgs du Chianti.
Distances : Certaldo avec magasins variés et gare ferroviaire à 7km, San Gimignano à 20km, Volterra et Florence (aéroport) à 40km, Sienne à 50km, Lucques et Pise (aéroport) à 70km.
A disposition des hôtes : jardin (500m2) avec piscine privée (12 x 4m – prof. : 1,20/1,80m), douche extérieure (eau froide), cuisine extérieure (plaques électriques) et barbecue. Agréable terrasse couverte et équipée située devant la cuisine et la zone repas. La maison dispose de TV-Sat et connexion Internet Wi-Fi. Buanderie (lave-vaisselle). Schönes Haus! Traumhafte Lage und Blick in die Landschaft, toller Pool in welchem man wirklich schwimmen kann! Alles perfekt,bis auf Ausstattung mit guten Kochtöpfen und scharfen Kochmessern.

Absolutely beautiful house in very private location. Very high quality. Perfect for children. We stayed there with our four children ages 5 to 11 and they absolutely loved it. Fantastic pool area and loads of space for the kids to run around. The owners were offsite but very helpful when needed. Very friendly. Would return in a heart beat.

Set in a lovely area about a 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. The pool is beautiful overlooking the surrounding countryside and the actual villa is spacious and well appointed. My only comment would be that the 2 bedrooms upstairs would need to share a bathroom, but only if the villa was up to full capacity.

Ein Absoluter schöner Urlaub. Francesco war sehr sehr freundlich und das Haus TOP in Ordnung. Keine Mängel, keine Probleme, alles wie es sein soll. Gartenanlage super gepflegt, Haus sauber und alle Küchengerätschaften haben gut funktioniert. Nächster Supermarkt 6 km entfernt, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Moderne Einrichtung in Rustikaler Gegend. Danke für den tollen Urlaub

mooi huis kwalitatief goed afgewerkt, slaapkamers uitklaar met kleine kinderen kan dat problemen geven
erg donker en in zomer erg warm, helaas groot min punt geen horren echt heel erg veel muggen als je aantrekkelijk bent voor muggen dan is geen enkele slaapkamer veilig om te slapen zonder muggen, zo jammer dat er ze geen moeite nemen om horren te plaaten .Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Wij hebben hier een top vakantie gehad. Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht, een heerlijke tuin met zwembad en is van binnen netjes afgewerkt en van alle luxe voorzien. De 3 badkamers waren ook erg fijn. Minpuntjes: de afwasmachine deed het niet en van al het servies e.d. hadden ze precies 8.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a top holiday. The house has a beautiful view, a lovely garden with swimming pool and is nicely finished inside and equipped with every luxury. The 3 bathrooms were also very nice. Minuses: the dishwasher did not work and for all the crockery etc. we had exactly 8 pieces.

The property is in a good central position within easy reach of Pisa, Florence and Sienna and of cause - Chianti. Stunning views across the whole area including San Gimigano. The villa was newly refurbished and was in great condition with a very nice pool and garden. The interior is spacious and has all modern equipment and some impressive touches like the Jacuzzi. We stayed for one week as a family of 4 and enjoyed our time there - some good restaurants in the area too. On the downside, the villa does not suit a young family like ours as the 3 bedrooms are spread over 3 floors so if you want your children nearby, then you have to use the sofa bed in the upstairs living area. Sleeping upstairs in summer is HOT but you cannot open the windows due to the number of biting insects and lack of window nets. Take a mozzi net or lots of repellent. Would certainly return or recommend
