Original appartement se développant sur deux niveaux, provenant de la restructuration de l’ancienne petite chapelle.
Rez-de-chaussée: entrée, séjour (TV satellite - radio) avec accès au premier étage, cuisine ouverte (four, freezer, petit micro ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge machine à café avec filtre, fer et planche à repasser) avec table pour les repas (6 personnes) et accès sur l’extérieur.
premier étage (accès par un escalier en colimaçon ou par l’extérieur): petit salon/chambre à coucher avec un lit à une place et demie et accès sur une petite véranda (5m2) fermée (vitrée) avec une table pour deux personnes, petit coin-cuisine de passage (petit four électrique, freezer) avec accès sur la petite véranda, une grande chambre double avec accès sur une terrasse couverte (10m2) et salle de bains privée avec douche, une chambre avec deux lits à une place, une chambre de passage avec un lit à une place (fenêtre dans le toit), salle de bains avec baignoire. Air conditionné dans les deux chambres à coucher principales et la petite véranda.

Tenuta Schnautzer is really a great property with excellent facilities and a very friendly famlily!! Its located next to the city of Lucca in a great hilly area with lots of trees, plants and flowers.

Lovely villa and owner - but dont go if you dont like the sound of dogs howling from nearby dog kennel! We jsut wanted to leave the villa every day to escape!

We stayed in the newest villa on the property and it is very spacious and bright - lots of windows and outdoor patio space. This villa is very nice, but it is in the country so it is necessary to drive for any necessities.

The tuscany villa website and service I found to be very helpful. It was easy and convenient to pay for the villa through the website. There are a large number of villas on your website, but the search engine and criteria helped to filter through them all.
The property and owners were excellent. The property was clean and well taken care of. The owners were very friendly and very helpful. They even drove us into town when we needed a ride. Overall an excellent villa, and we will recommend it to our friends and are considering going back for a future anniversary.
