Descriptif de la Propriété

Belle propriété située dans un domaine agricole sur les collines entourant Florence. La propriété offre 3 confortables. Tous les appartements sont confortables, meublés en style typique Toscan et disposent d’un espace extérieur privé et équipé. Dans la propriété il y a aussi des grands espaces extérieurs en commun. Les propriétaires gèrent directement l'exploitation agricole de famille et ils produisent vin, huile et les produits dérivantes de l'élevage de "Cinta Senese", race porcine renommée pour sa viande estimée.
Accès à la propriété par une route non- asphaltée mais en bon état.
Distances: Chiesanuova avec magasins alimentaires et petit restaurant à 300 mètres, San Casciano avec commerces variés à 5 km, Florence à seulement 8 km, Sienne à 50 km, Pise et Lucques à env. 70 km, Arezzo à 80 km.
A disposition des hôtes: jardin en commun, espace extérieur privé et équipé pour chaque appartement, piscine (7 x 14 m - profondeur maximale 2,5 m – ouverte du 01/05 au 30/09), barbecue. Buanderie en commun. Chaque appartement est équipé aussi avec TV satellitaire, connexion Internet wi-fi, sèche-cheveux et fer à repasser. Parking dans la propriété.

We had a really wonderful holiday at Chiesanuova. Carlo and his family and friends were wonderful hosts. The property is in an absolutely stunning location and we can recommend it without hesitation. 10/10.

Firstly, EasyReserve has been a great company to book with. Very responsive to the customer.

Massanera may be the best place we have ever stayed. Our host Carlo is one of a kind. At the age of 80 he is still working the farm every day but he finds a lot of time to interact with his guests. We stayed 8 nights and Carlo treated us two nights to dinners with him and other guests at Massanera. Carlos speaks at least four languages so the guests from various places can interact. Marco, who works for Carlo, did a great job cooking the dinners. We all sat at a long table, eating mostly foods grown on his farm - wild pig, deer, wine, olive oil, prociutto, limoncello, and more I have probably forgotten. Massanera wine is very good. A feast!

Massanera property is stunningly beautiful with long range views of rolling hills planted with grapes, olives, and lemons and mountains behind. Everything is lush green in April.

We met Carlo and his wife. They were so lovely, welcoming, engaging and excellent hosts. Carlo's wife cooked dinner for us from everything in their farm. We had antelope, pasta, bruschetta, fried vegetables, pasta and their own wine. I am now a fan of Massanera's Chianti Classico! The villa was beautiful, immaculate and just right for our needs. The area was very scenic and the pool was refreshing. Our hosts were very accommodating, accessible and answered our many questions and gave us suggestions for groceries and restaurants. I am recommending this villa to our friends and family.

Very friendly and helpful owner; lovely villa; beautiful views and great swimming pool. Little noisy in the mornings due to farm machinery but not a big issue

We enjoyed our stay in chiesanuova very much. The proximity of Firenze is very convenient. The view from the house and the pool is fabulous. We really enjoyed the diner that the owners prepared for all guests. A minus is the fact that the pool area is unavailable after 7 pm.

The property is ideal for a family holiday . Its well maintained but still has original features. The view from the terrace is stunning . The owner Carlo , is very helpful without being intrusive . The wine he produces is lovely. i would recommend this property highly

We were a family of five, and found the villa very home-y. We enjoyed the villa environment due to the privacy we received from the spacious villas on the land. The pool was a big hit even for the older children, and was a very calm place to sit down and relax. The owner of the villas was very kind and friendly, and invited us and the other guests to a nice seafood dinner on the last day. The property is located not too far from the city in order to site-see, but not too close to feel the heat. We will definitely visit the villa again.
