Villa Perchessì is located within a pine forest of the Versilia coast (Tuscany), about 1100 meters from the sea.

Surrounded by so much green that it gives very cool during the summer days and also offers so much tranquility for an assured rest.

The house is positioned at the end of a private dirt road that also leads to other houses.
You immediately notice its huge garden, not fenced, where you can enjoy your holiday.

The Villa consists of two residential units, this is the left side. The other part is inhabited rarely.
The garden is private and offers various parking spaces, deckchairs, barbecue, a veranda / porch at the back which perfect for lunches and dinners.

The sea is easily reachable on foot or by bicycle (rental nearby) simply along the roads of the pine forest.

The area is called Ronchi / Poveromo and is a maritime fraction of Marina di Massa, a few minutes from Forte dei Marmi.
Nearby there is a Pizzeria, grocery, bike rental.
Moving away a little, there is also a Supermarket and a small center with all the necessary shops such as Tabacchino, Bar, Ice Cream Shop, Post Office, etc.

Descriptif des Intérieurs

The villa is arranged on two floors in this way:

Ground Floor:
- Entrance into living / dining room with sofas, armchairs, TV, dining area with table.
- Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, moka, oven, 4-burner gas cooker.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
- Double bedroom with exit to the garden.
- Veranda / porch on the back.

First plan:
- Double bedroom with access to the terrace.
- Room with two single beds and access to the terrace.
- Double bedroom.
- Bathroom with floor shower.
- Small studio with a French sofa bed.

Guests also have access to WiFi Internet and Satellite TV (only foreign channels).

The Villa is in an original state of the era in which it was built and therefore reflects the tastes of traditional furnishings and some minor wear that does not affect the functionality in offering a nice holiday.
