We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa and were very impressed with the facilities ahd service. We started our stay with a wonderful meal we hosted, for our guests, on Sunday night, outside, prepared by Anna and served outside. Fabulous!!! Our only criticism was related to the need for the security deposit to be in cash, Euros, due to the logistics of satisfying that request. ( Daily atm limits on withdrawals in Italy, and with our American banks. But your management company and the owners worked with us. It was a stressful way to begin the trip. Otherwise, it was absolutely fantastic!!
Das Haus liegt in sehr schöner Lage mit Blick auf Cortona, nur die Zufahrt zum Haus verlangt einiges an fahrerischem Können. Die Ausstattung von Küche, den Zimmern und der Außenanlage mit Pool ist sehr gut, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, es fehlt echt an nichts.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is in a very beautiful location with a view of Cortona, only the access road to the house requires some driving skills. The equipment of the kitchen, the rooms and the outdoor area with the pool is very good, you immediately feel at home. Everything is tastefully furnished and decorated, really nothing is missing.
Do you want to stay in a castle? That’s what this magnificent villa feels like. Yes it’s old and sometimes quirky but we absolutely loved it. On Sunday morning I prayed in the chapel before making myself an expresso and enjoying it outside with the most amazing views - all the way to the sea! Other than the pool, this was our favorite and most used space! A huge thanks to Giulia and Alphonso that first day, until we got our rental cars. TIP - don’t count on Uber - and even taxis are scarce. As we celebrated our 50th anniversary with our 3 children and all of our grandkids, we made memories to last a lifetime!

Beautiful located property amongst the olive trees and vine yards- although pretty narrow and steep road to it. Lovely pool (the pool furniture could do with being updated though) and the house was well equipped. Loved sitting out at night on the terrace with some local wine and chatting away with our friends. Irene gave us superb directions and also a list of some great places to eat out. From the villa we visited Lucca, Pisa and Florence - all within an hour or so. Such a relaxing holiday - we loved it.
Very beautiful outdoors and true Italian villa, but no AC ( very hot for sleeping every evening), no bug/pest control, no initial supplies ( no soap, toilet paper/paper towels), had to take your trash into town center every couple of days, coffee maker leaked and washing machine left spots on clothes so overall, beautiful outdoors but not top notch accommodations otherwise.
Ein absolutes Traumhaus! Wir waren mit 12 Personen + Hund für eine Woche dort und von Anfang an schockverliebt in das ganze Anwesen. Sowohl Grundstück als auch das Haus sind äusserst grosszügig, mit Liebe und Herz restauriert und eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer individuell gestaltet und mit jeweils Bad en Suite. Die Küchenausstattung liess keine Wünsche offen, es war alles reichlich vorhanden. Ein Highlight definitiv: der 10x4Meter-Pool! Und viele Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Highlight gemacht haben: Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, top WLAN, und ein eigener Pizza-Ofen. Alles ruhig gelegen, aber nah am Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und die Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. 10 von 10!!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] An absolute dream house! We were there for a week with 12 people + dog and were in love with the whole property from the start. Both the property and the house are extremely spacious, restored and furnished with love and heart. Each room is individually designed and has a bathroom en suite. The kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired, there was plenty of everything. A definite highlight: the 10x4 metre pool! And many little things that made the stay a real highlight: Table tennis table, table football, top WLAN, and our own pizza oven. All in a quiet location, but close to the village with all the shopping facilities. And the landlords are always available and super helpful with any questions. 10 out of 10!
The accommodation was very clean and well equipped, upon arrival we were greeted by our host Louisa who along with her husband Claudio lived in the adjoining property. Our hosts were extremely friendly and always available if we needed anything. The only thing that the property lacked was air conditioning (we were aware of this when we booked) as due to this being a working vineyard there was a lot of activity early in the morning and as the weather was extremely hot we had to sleep with the windows open therefore, we had the noise of the tractors at 6am.
Although the road next to the property single track it was busier than we expected at certain times as there were other rental properties further down the road however, we had a very enjoyable two weeks in a beautiful location.
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful charming house. The owners were very nice, friendly and helpful and gave us a warm welcome. We loved it here and would definitely come back :)
