Anita is een geweldige gastvrouw. Het terrein ziet er uitstekend uit.
De woning is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Het zwembad is precies goed, enorm schoon en heeft een prachtig uitzicht.
Je krijgt meer dan je verwacht!
Voorbeeld: na het bbqen was de bbq de volgende dag gelijk weer superschoon gemaakt.
Beautiful house in the hills of Lucca with great and lovely interior. Perfect for two big families. In the summer month you definitely need the air condition, which costs extra and is not very good. Also the pool should be cleaned during the week, what was not the case. If you want to go gorcery shopping or go to a Restaurant you always need the car.
This is a nice house with a large garden, however, it does not correspond to the pictures on the website. The pictures were probably taken many years ago and now the house and garden need more love and care to feel welcoming and cared for. We were unlucky that basic functions (gas, hot water, refrigerator) did not work as they should during part or all of our stay. The pool is located on a part of the plot where there is also a lot of visible garbage that could have been easily removed. The garden is cozy but the benches there are to sit on are very unstable and worn. We had catering (arranged via easy reserve) in the house one evening and this Tuscan team were fantastic. It is a nice house that could have been a fantastic place if it had received a little more care from the owner. Best regards Helena
Loved living within the walls of this hilltop town in an apartment under the timbered ceiling of yesteryear. This unit isn't for people with mobility issues as there are steps between rooms and into the bathroom, but if you can live with the quirkiness of that, you'll enjoy the space and the views it provides
The villa was a perfect getaway and Marika was responsive and accommodating. We visited the region as part of the second half of our summer vacation. The location offered quick access to highways and amenities while still being away from it all. As we had several places we wanted to visit, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have wanted but it offered a place to cool down and relax. Do note that mosquitos are bad during the summer months, but Coop offers some items to ward them off for relief. We utilized the grill for a nice “at home” dinner and the property gave our 2 young adult daughters plenty of Instagram worthy photo opportunities :-). Some things to note: the refrigerator is small (for westerners, we would call it dorm size). There is no central air or split units (knob & tube still run the electricity) but we were supplied with fans for the rooms. WiFi is really spotty so be sure someone in the party has a good cell plan. Positives: wonderful location; comfortable beds; gas stove; some cooking essentials provided; washing machine; hair dryer & iron; very responsive; private outdoor dining area under wisteria pergola; wildlife (we saw plenty of deer); quiet even with other guests in separate units
We hebben twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht bij Fattoria Le Chianacce.
HEt was prachit weer 38C dus het was fijn om telkens even in het heerljike grote en schone zwembad te kunnen zwemmen als we terug kwamen van een dagje in de regio. Het huis was netjes schoon en authentiek qua inrichting.

The weather was beautiful, 38°C, so it was lovely to be able to take a dip in the lovely, large, and clean pool every time we returned from a day exploring the area. The accommodation was clean and authentically furnished.
Wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in Casa Insieme. Een prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving. De weg er naar toe over Strada Bianco is bijzonder. Deze kalkweg is hobbelig en laat nogal wat achter op je auto. Maar bij het huis heb je een tuinslang dus kan je hem weer even afspoelen. Dit mag de pret niet drukken want het huis is voorzien van prachtige kamers, dikke muren, mooie keuken met alles erop en er aan, diverse zitjes rondom het huis, een barbecue en niet te vergeten een prachtig mooi en fris zwembad. Parasols en ligbedden maken het af. Het uitzicht is adembenemend want je zit midden in de Toscane 11 minuten rijden van Asciano het meest nabij gelegen dorpje. Broodjes halen bij de bakker in het centrum en heerlijke tomahawks bij de Coop supermarkt aan de rand van het dorp. 1 kamer is voorzien van een mobiele airco en dat is op deze kamer wel nodig. De rest gaat qua warmte. In de nacht koelt het af en overal zitten horren voor de ramen zodat je alles tegen elkaar open kan laten staan. Toch zou het aanbevelingwaardig zijn als er toch meer airco’s vast of los geplaatst zouden worden. Dan is het namelijk optimaal vertoeven. De ventilatoren helpen wel iets maar maken vooral lawaai en dat is in de nacht niet wenselijk. Al met al een aanrader en we geven het een dikke 9. Met airco was het zeker een 10!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Insieme. A beautiful house in a stunning setting. The road there, along Strada Bianco, is quite special. This limestone road is bumpy and leaves quite a residue on your car. But there's a garden hose at the house, so you can rinse it off. This shouldn't spoil the fun, as the house boasts beautiful rooms, thick walls, a lovely, fully equipped kitchen, several seating areas around the house, a barbecue, and, not to mention, a beautiful and refreshing swimming pool. Parasols and loungers complete the picture. The view is breathtaking, as you're in the heart of Tuscany, an 11-minute drive from Asciano, the nearest village. You can pick up rolls from the bakery in the town center and delicious tomahawks from the Coop supermarket on the edge of the village. One room has a portable air conditioner, which is essential in this room. The rest is bearable. It cools down at night, and all windows have mosquito screens so you can leave everything open. However, it would be recommended if more air conditioners were installed, either fixed or freestanding. That would make it an optimal stay. The fans do help somewhat, but they're mostly noisy, which isn't ideal at night. All in all, highly recommended, and we give it a solid 9. With air conditioning, it would definitely be a 10!
