A charming, spacious, rustic property set in lovely grounds within a large estate. The villa has its own private garden and good swimming pool. A large well-stocked supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away and it is within easy reach of Pisa, Livorno, Lucca and Florence as well as Lajatico for Andrea Bocelli's home town concert.
