Bon 3 /5The apartment was okay, but not as good as some others we've stayed in, in that neighborhood. It was REALLY expensive for what you got. 71 steps to the apartment so you'd better be in good shape for the climb multiple times a day. The loft bedroom had a huge beam running down the one side and you needed to watch your head as you arose or you'd clunk it. Shared bedroom with another apartment where people partied until 1 AM making it difficult to sleep. My husband is tall and putting on a pullover in that bedroom had him smack his hand on the ceiling several times. The location is good, but most anything in Florence is walkable within minutes: it's a walking city. We would not rent this apartment again. The cancellation policy with no refund within 45 days of arrival is unlike any we've ever seen.
