The villa has three floors: on the ground floor, on the side of the parking area, ìs the entrance to the veranda with the living area with TV and a large table for meals or group games, leading to the dining room next to the Tuscan-style kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. A staircase leads up to the first floor to a large stately hall where the main entrance to the property is located. On this floor is the master bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub, as well as another double bedroom and a bathroom with tub. Continuing up the stairs to the second floor you find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and ensuite bathroom and, finally, a living area with fitness corner and children's play area. Park:
Villa Luigina is surrounded by a 2000 sq m garden completely bordered by hedges to guarantee your privacy. After the automatic entrance gate, a driveway bordered with cypresses and palm trees will take you to the parking area in white gravel, conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of the ground floor entrance to the veranda. From here you will be welcomed by a gloriously colourful garden with flower beds, bushes of Mediterranean herbs, cypresses, cedars and various specimens of exotic palms. The villa is surrounded by a magnificent lawn in which is set a charming swimming pool, complete with comfortable sunbeds, as well as a ping-pong table and a mobile BBQ.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The sky blue rectangular swimming pool, located at the side of the villa which is 10 m away, is reached across the lawn. Measuring 5.5 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, it has Roman steps for access to the water, perimeter lighting,salt purified, cold outdoor showerand a large solarium on the grassy surface with comfortable sunbeds, little tables and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Villa Irene is located in a panoramic position on the hills near Montecarlo di Lucca, a small medieval village located between Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Surrounded by large land with meadows, olive trees and vineyards, the villa enjoys an open view of the Val di Nievole and offers various outdoor areas equipped for outdoor dining, a panoramic terrace, a private pool and a children's pool. The interiors, decorated in a traditional rustic style, include large living and dining areas, as well as three double bedrooms. The villa is well located for day trips to Florence, Pisa and the beaches of Versilia. Note: the owners reside discreetly in the basement of the villa; garden and pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

GROUND FLOOR — Entrance from the porch into the living area with TV corner and sofas; kitchen; dining room with access to the panoramic terrace; laundry room; bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi; two double bedrooms; bathroom with tub. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The garden includes a lawn area bordered by olive, cypress and fruit trees, with flower beds of aromatic herbs and seasonal flowers. An outdoor dining and relaxation area is located on the paved terrace in front of the house, with barbecue and covered dining space next to the kitchen. The pool is located in a more secluded part of the garden, accessible by going down a few steps. Parking is available inside the fenced property, near the entrance. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located about 40 meters from the villa, accessible via two short flights of stairs. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 2.20 m; it is covered in light blue PVC and equipped with a hydromassage area and a Roman staircase for access. Next to it is a children's pool, also rectangular, measuring 12 x 1 m with a depth of 65 cm. The solarium, paved in terracotta, is equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo with table and chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

From here you will be welcomed by a triumphant garden of colours: beds of flowers, bushes of Mediterranean herbs, dwarf junipers and green magnolias. Completing it all is a beautiful lawn in which lies the lovely circular swimming pool, complete with furnishings and a pergola with comfortable little sofas where you can sip a good glass of wine or read a book immersed in total silence. On the north side of the house is the shaded outdoor dining area, next to the kitchen and set up for unforgettable meals with Tuscan delicacies prepared on the built-in barbecue.

Located on the back of the property a few meters from the house, it can be reached through a stone paved path. It is circular in shape with a diameter of 3.90 meters with a depth of 1.30 meters with an external staircase for entry into the water, finished with a raised edge in stone and covered in Sardinia blue PVC, in support of the pool you will find a stone paved solarium with comfortable sunbeds, deck chairs shaded by umbrellas and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of the property gives the guest a unique privacy and relaxation. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes, small and medium size. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

Une fois arrivés vous serez reçus par le propriétaire, ou une personne de sa confiance, et vous trouverez une jolie propriété, propre et bien entretenue, parfaite pour des vacances tranquilles en Toscane. Après une fatigante journée de shopping, passez du temps avec la famille et les amis en bord de piscine en dégustant un verre de vin, un moyen idéal pour vous détendre à la fin de la journée. Si vous aimez cuisiner pour la famille et les amis il y a une cuisine bien equipée y compris machine à café, four micro-onde, grille-pain, cuisinière et réfrigérateur, ainsi que, assez de vaisselle et couverts jusqu'à huit personnes. Si vous préférez dîner «al fresco», il y a à votre disposition une véranda entièrement meublée où vous pourrez profiter du beau temps tout en mangeant en plein air.
