Fantastically located villa in a secluded area, within walking distance to the beautiful walled hilltop town of Lucignano. We were two families staying with children ages 4 – 11 years for two weeks. The villa has plenty of outside space, a large pool with wonderful unspoilt views of the Tuscan countryside and is great for families with kids. The house is a good size, the furniture inside is a little dated but we spent most of our time outside. We found the fridge freezer to be very small for 9 occupants. A house manual would also be useful for local information, how to get to town by foot (there is a short cut that we found), information on restaurants, places to visit, emergency information etc. Despite that, we had a superb time and would definitely visit again.

There was a wedding at the same time, with 20 peoples staying at the pool from 10 in the morning to late in the afternoon with beers. And people there where not very welcome.

Otherwise the place is nice.

GLI OSPITE ERANO MOLTI SIMPATICI E ACCOGLIENTISSIMI !! una casa vacanza con giardino e orto (frutta, verdura, erba a disposizione) e piscina grande, tutto arredato e situato in campagna. Perfettissimo per noi!

My experience in Castiglion Fiorentino is super positive.
Very warm welcome on arrival Super friendly owners.
You can see that the owners have stung their hearts and souls to make the customers to their liking.
The location and the view the peace is enchanted.
The people in the village very warm and hospitable.
The house is super clean and cared all you need is there and more.
The swimming pool very large and is perfectly localized that you can enjoy the whole day of the sun.
I can write 10 lines of positive commentary here without problem.
This accommodation gets 15/10
