Nice house in a very good location (quiet, walking distance to city center). WLAN is just not good enough, same for kitchen equipment. For >€500/day, I expect a dish washer that works and a somehow usable internet connection. Bathrooms are good, bedrooms as well. Beds are uncomfortable. Pool is nice but not heated.
[counter comment by caretaker: first of all we had many contacts for information with these clients but they never informed us on any difficulties with the dishwasher nor with the mattresses, these vary by person and person, for example, Dutch clients want a soft mattress, while Germans prefer hard mattresses. I would like to say that 500 Euro per day, meaning with the capacity of the villa, 62,50 euro per person per day seems for me a reasonable price for a new single villa surrounded by a 1100 sqm garden, rich o plants trees and even a “Limonaia”, with a private mosaic tiled swimming pool, 4 bedrooms all with each its ensuite bathroom, large living and dining area, large covered patio, a second sun-filled patio, large balconies with electric retractable covering and shading, private parking for 4/5 vehicles with remote opening easy access gate and more, all located in a private cul-de-sac at walking distance from one of the most elegant and exclusive town and beach in the world.
all this with air conditioning throughout the villa, alarm, smart Tv, safe, maid service, linen, pool cleaning, gardening, on site services that range from taking clients to the villa and showing all the facilities of the villa to booking a local restaurant, all included in the 62.50 Euro per day.]
