We just returned home after a fabulous two weeks in Italy. The second week of our stay there was absolutely spectacular, because we stayed in a very special place called Palazzo Rosadi. All I can say is "WOW!" The villa is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious, kitchen very well equiped, the bedrooms nice and big with very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and the villa in general......very homey. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. The views are gorgeous postcard, and not to be believed. All I can say is that, if this little haven is this beautiful now, being the end of October, I just can't imagine what it could be like in the summer with everything in bloom! Not only was the villa and property wonderful and a five STAR, but the big bonus was Rosado...our host! What a GEM!!!!!! He is the warmest, kindest, sweetest, caring, and most attentive host ever, and he makes you feel so comfortable and right at home from the first moment you meet him. Such a sweetheart!
Our one regret was that we couldn't stay here longer, and unfortunately we can't go in the summer to see it in full bloom. But believe me that this will not stop us from going back, and I can't wait!!
Rosado, thank you so much for letting us stay in your little paradise, and thank you so much for being so wonderful to us! We will be back, I promise! GRAZIE, GRAZIE, GRAZIE!

Es handelt sich hier um eine wirklich schöne , Wohnung .Nicht abgewohnt und zum Wohlfühlen .Sehr geräumig und gemütlich.Es es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel ,was in den Sommermonaten von Vorteil sein dürfte. Das Restaurant gegenüber ist wirklich erstklassig ! Super Qualität , ganz tolle toskanische Küche . Die Lage ist wunderschön, in Mitten von Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen findet man die nötige Ruhe . Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit ist die Lage ideal die Toskana zu erkunden. Auch ganze La Selva ( San Vito ) Team ist sehr,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt !

The place was very good: surrounded by a beautiful garden, clean and comfortable. Despite the fact the villa is quite far from the station, there are quite a few nice places to go to: Paola gave great recommendations regarding restaurants and shopping nearby. For those who are not fond of walking - having a car would be perfect. Mosquitoes annoy but that's also no surprise due to the landscape. In general, definitely worth the money and give enough private space.
