We had a wonderful 25th anniversary with our family. The villa was perfect for us and the owners were extremely helpful with our special requests for dinners. We highly recommend Chef Sandro and his wife Sabine! Amazing food prepared just for us! The only downside was not having WiFi access inside the house~only available outside by the driveway. But we enjoyed every moment of our vacation!

Very charming house, cosy, well equipped with everything. We have spent Christmas days and felt as we were at home. Rooms located in the upper floor are spacious and with views on the valley. On the other hand , all rooms located on the lower floor are not so cosy; especially one, which has two small windows and it is mostly underground. Not much light in the rooms, not even artificial. All mattresses are extremely comfortable and it is great to sleep there! Bathrooms are all spacious, nicely furnished.
Nice garden and surroundings, good for walking and exercising. I can imagine how wonderful could be having dinner on the patio table outside. In winter was too cold to be outside. But the view is beatiful from the upper floor windows. We could lit up everynight the fireplace. The owners provided us a small Christmas tree and few decoration. Location is quite comfortable to reach easily Arezzo. Also Monte San Savino and Cortona, it is a 45 minutes drive.

A very nice flat in a very nice Place. Very best to Siena and Arezzo. Its only a little loud, if there is a Nugget group of people in the flat above yours, as it was in our case.

We stayed four families at Casa Luciana in september 2018, and we had a wonderful time! The host was very friendly and helpful - they helped make baby cots and high chairs beyond the usual amount available, which was fantastic for us. They also provided a great chef, Stefano, who made our stay just perfect by preparing wonderful meals according to our wishes and at a fair price. The pool area was wonderful, the kitchen was very well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable and the curtains shut the light out completely (important for small children). Only small minus was that the nearby village was not worth visiting, so a car is needed - or just stay at the villa ;) Thank you for a great stay!
