Villa Le Querce was beautiful! Our key holder Francesca was full of knowledge and always at our disposal, she was great. The villa is in a great location... the local train station was about a 6 minute drive away and from there you could take a train to Florence in 40 minutes. Additionally, there are multiple super markets , a beautiful golf course Poggio dei Medici and a great restaurant Rivasud all within a 15 minute drive of the house. As you can see from the pictures provided, the pool out back of the house and views of surrounding fields and mountains are absolutely beautiful. Helpful tip: buy/bring bug spray! You are in the Tuscan hillside and the windows do not have screens so there will be plenty of bugs. Also, you pay for the amount of electricity and gas you use at the end of your stay so be mindful. The only improvement that I would say this villa needs is a refrigerator in the pool house! The pool house has seating, internet and a full bathroom, but the addition of a fridge would be great...it's quite a few stairs back up to the house when you need a new drink. I would highly recommend a visit to Tuscany and a stay in Villa La Querce while you are there!
