This is excellent villa for big group of friends or/and families. We were 16 persons (9 adults and 7 children) and we had space for everyone. Pool area was spacious and convenient. Villa is also specious, nicely decorated with personal touch. We also found everything necessary for cooking in kitchen. We also used outside grill. Additional bonus was outdoor activities such as volleyball net and some bikes which can be used for free. Hosts were really nice, they live nearby and are ready to help with everything. Carla who lives in upper house do not speak any English, but there is always a possibility to call Serena or Maria. Everyone was really kind to us, Carla even brought delicious tomatoes from her garden. There are only few minuses. There is no conditioner in every bedroom (and take into account that you need to pay extra 20 EUR for day if you use air conditioning). But some nights it was not necessary. In separate villa near pool there was bed smell in bedroom coming from outside drainage. Since this was bedroom with no air conditioning we had to leave windows open, but smell was really unpleasant. Also second bedroom with bunk bed can be used with caution, because bed is really unstable. Fortunately there were some extra beds which could be used instead. In genera, we spent a great time there. Some deficiencies were offset by wonderful Toscan atmosphere and carefree holiday feeling.
