Florence

On all of our trips to Italy we have spent much time in Florence (Firenze). It is full of friendly people, sites to see, Museums, Culture and History. But mostly Romance, for her. Be sure to sneak a photo of the Statue of David. Do it as you are leaving in case you get thrown out. At this writing it is not legal to take the photo, but the museum is considering lifting that ban. The first time I was here, everyone else on the trip took this photo but me. I did on the second trip. (See image attached)

Visit the Michael Angelo park at sunset. The third attached image was taken from there. It is romantic and two nice restaurants with great food and vino. It is a good walk up the hill to this place, but I promise it is worth every step. The last image was taken on the stroll back to the city center.

Be sure to visit the Ponti Veccio Bridge (Jewelry Bridge) Full of shops with magnificent jewelry. This will be on of her favorite places. Second image.

Great shops, clothing, foot, gelato, etc. You will never regret coming here and she will never forget you took her there.
