A very charming, small house with basic facilities and a well kept vertical garden (meaning build on different terraced levels). Large swimming pool, overlooking the valley and beach. Amazing sun sets!! Small city with all necessary facilities centert in one shop: internet café, groceries, pizzeria & restaurant. Walking distance from the house and charming staff.
Please note that the road to the house is steep and very narrow, therefore preferably bring a small car but 4x4. Parking is also possible just outside the city. Pietrasanta, Lucca & beaches in easy reach, but car is necessary for this property.
